Abstract
Ein Verfahren zur Überwachung von Mantelstrahlheiz rohren und Rekuperatorbrennern unter Verwendung eines auf den O₂-Partialdruck im Abgas ansprechenden Meßfüh lers. Bei niedrigen Abgastemperaturen bis hinunter zu 200 - 300°C wird eine durch den Übergang von überstöchiometri scher auf unterstöchiometrische Verbrennung, und umge kehrt, auftretende sprunghafte Änderung des Meßfühler- Ausgangssignals ermittelt und als Schalt- und/oder Warnsig nal wiedergegeben. Das Verfahren kann auch zur Flammenü berwachung, zur Feststellung von Leckstellen und Rissen in Mantelrohren und zur Überwachung der Dichtigkeit von abgesperrten Gas-Magnetventilen verwendet werden.
