Claims (3)

1. Procédé pour la fabrication thermomécanique d'une pièce à grain fin constituant une pièce finie avec une taille de grain moyenne de 100 µm maximum, en un alliage austénitique à base de nickel, résistant à la chaleur, dans lequel le matériau de départ, dans son état de livraison, ne se trouve pas à l'état superplastique et peut présenter une taille de grain quelconque, dans lequel une pièce est transformée en la pièce finie, en une seule chaude et en une seule opération directement à partir de son état de livraison, par forgeage isotherme dans une matrice dans fe domaine de températures de 960°C a 1200°C avec une vitesse de déformation ε̇ de 1.10-3 s-1 à 1 s-1, ε étant défini comme suit:

2. Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'alliage à base de nickel présente la composition pondérale suivante:
C = 0,03 %
Cr = 19,5 %
Mo = 4.5 %
Co = 14,0 %
Ti = 3,0 %
Al = 1,4%
Fe = 2,0
Ni = solde,

et en ce que la déformation de la pièce est effectuée à une température de 1080°C avec une vitesse ε̇ de 10-3 à 1 s-1.
3. Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'alliage à base de nickel présente la composition pondérale suivante:
C = 0,05 %
Cr = 18,5 %
Ni = 53,0 %
Mo = 3,0 %
Nb = 5,3 %
Ti = 1,0 %
AI = 0,5 %
Fe = solde,

et en ce que la déformation de la pièce est effectuée à une température de 1050° C avec une vitesse ε̇ de 10-3 à 1 s-1.
