Description

The invention relates to a sports shoe with a resilient plastic outsole according to the preamble of claim 1.

There has been no lack of attempts to increase the flexibility of sports shoe soles in the ball and / or joint area.

For example, the sports shoe sole according to DE-U-19 43 819 is provided with a bending zone oriented towards the inside of the shoe and arranged exclusively in the ball area, with ribs running parallel to one another and intermediate sole depressions extending transversely to the longitudinal axis of the sole. The running side of the sole, on the other hand, is completely flat in the area of the bending zone, so that this one-sided weakening of the sole thickness only achieves a certain increase in the flexibility of the sole within the bending zone. In the case of sports shoe soles made of resilient plastic material, such as polyamide, polyurethane or the like, however, the measure described above cannot sufficiently increase the flexibility of such soles in the ball and / or joint area because this sole material is not, at least not sufficiently stretchable. In addition, the flexibility of this known sports shoe sole is further limited by the relatively wide, on both sides not provided with material weakening marginal webs and that the edges of the ribs move into an inclined position when the outsole is bent, so that these are practically stressed on bending and so that they are no longer able to absorb the weight of the athlete so that he feels the desired firm position.

From DE-U-19 73 891 it is known to achieve a certain flexibility of the sole by weakening the sole thickness on the outsole side. In this embodiment, the local weakening in the middle sole area or in the joint area is achieved by introducing approximately elliptical recesses or impressions in the front sole area and grooves running transversely to the longitudinal axis of the sole in the relatively thick-walled joint area. If ribs also remain between the adjacent grooves or embossments, these soles are also unsuitable for practical use because of the thick-walled sole area in the joint and the resulting high shoe weight, and also because of an increased risk of breakage in the joint area endangered by notch-shaped incisions . In addition, there are mutually un weakened sole edge zones that counteract the desired bending ability, especially in the ball area.

These disadvantages also apply analogously to sports shoe soles according to DE-A-20 22 974 and DE-U-70 06 079. In addition, the transverse grooves formed in this form form collection points for small stones or other foreign bodies such as dirt particles, which often prevent the relatively thick sole parts from returning to their original position. This is also quite uncomfortable for the athlete and reduces his athletic performance to an increased degree.

The invention has for its object to develop a sports shoe with a resilient outsole made of plastic of the type mentioned so that both in the bale and in the joint area an increased flexibility or flexibility is obtained such that a compression effect on the inner insole completely or at least predominantly is avoided and that the attachment of the fittings in the area of the front sole to the floor, the track or the like is maintained as long as possible.

According to the invention, this object is achieved in a sports shoe according to the preamble of claim 1 by the features listed in the characterizing part of this claim.

Several advantages are achieved by the present invention at the same time. First of all, there is an extreme possibility of bending the front sole in the ball area and to the same extent or to a lesser extent also in the front joint area without impairing the natural rolling process of the foot in these sole areas, and that evenly over the entire sole width. The bending zones designed as a wave band are extremely bendable because the wave band creates a material supply which allows for an expansion, i. H. enables a real extension or extension of the outsole in the longitudinal direction of the sole or in the direction of the radius of curvature of the outsole, even when used from non-stretchable, resilient plastics. The bending force required for turning is thus reduced to a minimum and a compression effect on the inner insole is completely or at least largely avoided. The corrugation of the wavy band can be adjusted so that the length gain achieved by stretching is so great that the adjacent insole is not compressed at all. In principle, however, the insole in the area of the bending zones can also have corresponding intermediate pieces made of volume-compressible material in order to absorb a residual amount of compression forces, so that no undesired, additional resistance is opposed to the turning process from the insole.

Due to the unusual bending ability of the outsole in or in the bending zones, the further advantage is achieved that all studs, claws or spikes in the front sole area stick to the ground for a relatively long time during the turning process are and then pretty quickly and practically vertically, i.e. pulled out of the ground without any significant effort, so that damage to raceways or lawns, preferably caused by the rear cleats, claws or spikes in the front sole area, is largely avoided and the effort required for the breakaway torque required is strong is reduced. Due to the time-extended contact of the ground with the rear sole fitting group towards the heel, the grip of the outsole is also increased, which is particularly advantageous in difficult track or ground conditions and leads to better slip resistance.

In the solution of the object on which the invention is based, there were further advantageous constructive configurations which are covered in the subclaims.

Figures 4 to 10 each show the waveband on a greatly enlarged scale.

Ein solches Zwischenstück kann grundsätzlich auch an der weiteren Biegezone 10 im Gelenkbereich bzw. im Bereich des Wellenbandes 10a eingesetzt werden, um auch dort jegliche Wulstbildung der Brandsohle 4 mit Sicherheit zu vermeiden.1 to 3, the outsole of an athletic shoe, not shown in particular a soccer shoe, is denoted by 1, while areas with thickened material for the studs 3, 3 'and 3 "are denoted by 2. Racing shoes instead have in these areas in The insole 4, which the outsole 1 covers on the inside 15 of the shoe, consists of the insole parts 6 and 7, each with a beveled abutment surface 5, which are connected to one another via an elastic, preferably volume-compressible intermediate piece 8, and at the corresponding point of the bending zone 9 or the corrugated band 9a of the outsole 1. The intermediate piece 8 consists of rubber, preferably foam or poro rubber, with the property of being able to expand or be compressed in the event of tensile or compressive loads Intermediate piece 8 preferably has a trapezoidal shape en trapezoidal side on the double rib-shaped wave band 9a or in the area of the bending zone of the middle part of the front sole. The resilience of the intermediate piece 8 in the longitudinal direction of the sole ensures that even with extreme sole deflections with an approximately insufficient degree of corrugation, ie. H. in the case of an insufficient expansion reserve in the bending zone, an otherwise possible and disruptive bulging of the insole is avoided. Such an intermediate piece can in principle also be used on the further bending zone 10 in the joint area or in the area of the waveband 10a, in order to reliably avoid any bulging of the insole 4 there as well.

The ribs 11 of the corrugated band 9a extend on the sole tread 17 to close, but preferably very close to the sole edge 13, while they preferably end at a distance 14 from the sole edge 13 on the inside 15 of the sole. In this way, a sufficiently large fastening or adhesive strip of about 10 mm for fastening the outsole to the upper part of the sports shoe is achieved on the one hand, without, on the other hand, causing a material reinforcement which is disruptive in terms of weight, because the ribs 11 on the outsole side over the entire or extend almost over the entire sole width, in the latter case the end regions of the ribs 11 are at least rounded on the outsole side.

In the area of the joint, in particular the front joint part, ribs 12 are also attached, but are delimited on both sides by a rib-free edge R. Rectangular or trapezoidal sole parts 2 made of particularly hard, abrasion-resistant material can be provided in these edge regions R, as is also provided for the other reinforced sole parts 2 in the ball and area of the heel. Due to the remaining edge webs R, the flexibility of the outsole 1 in the front joint area is somewhat less than in the ball area, but this is not a problem because a corrugated sole part itself with remaining ones Edge webs R is considerably more flexible than a sole part weakened only by recesses on one side, as is the case with the known outsoles cited at the beginning. In principle, however, there would also be the possibility of making the corrugated band 10a wider, in particular in the intermediate areas between the reinforced sole parts 2, ie allowing the corrugated band 10a to run out completely or almost entirely up to the respective sole edge in these intermediate areas.

10a dargestellt.4 to 10 different embodiments for the formation of the wavebands 9a and 10a are shown.

In FIG. 4, the inner side 15 of the sole is provided with approximately trapezoidal ribs 16 and the sole running side (outer side of the sole) 17 is provided with undulating ribs 18.

In Fig. 5 sind auf der Sohleninnenseite 15 wiederum annähernd trapezförmige Rippen 16 vorgesehen, während die Rippen 19 auf der Sohlenlaufseite 17 dachförmig ausgebildet sind.5, approximately trapezoidal ribs 16 are again provided on the inner side 15 of the sole, while the ribs 19 on the sole running side 17 are roof-shaped.

10a mit einem Doppel-Wellenprofil, das auf der Sohleninnenseite 15 drei Wellen 20 und auf der Sohlenlauffläche 17 zwei Wellen 20 gleicher Form aufweist.6 shows a bending zone or a wave band 9a or 10a with a double wave profile, which has three waves 20 on the inside 15 of the sole and two waves 20 of the same shape on the sole tread 17.

Fig. 7 zeigt ein Doppelrippenprofil mit annähernd trapezförmigen Rippen 21.7 shows a double rib profile with approximately trapezoidal ribs 21.

Fig. 8 shows U-shaped ribs 22 which are arranged in a meandering shape. The outer and inner edges can be rounded, as indicated at 23.

10a, bei der die Rippen 24 laufsohlen- und brandsohlenseitig spitzdachförmig verlaufen.FIG. 9 shows a sawtooth-shaped design of the bending zones or the wave bands 9a or 10a, in which the ribs 24 have a pointed roof shape on the outsole and insole sides.

Eine besonders einfache und dauerhafte Ausführungsform erhält man dann, wenn die Kunststoffstäbchen oder -röhrchen 26 so umgossen oder umspritzt werden, daß brand-und laufsohlenseitig wellenförmige Rippen 27 mit dazwischenliegenden Wellentälern 28 entstehen.10 shows an embodiment in which the corrugated profile part is produced as a separate component and is molded or cast around by the sole material during the sole production. Rib-shaped anchoring parts are designated by 25. In principle, however, these anchoring parts 25 can also be saved by, for example, gluing the ends of the corrugated profile part to the outsole parts adjoining on both sides. The manufacture as a separate profile part is also possible with the wavebands 9a, 10a shown in FIGS. 4 to 9. A particularly simple and permanent embodiment is obtained when the plastic rods or tubes 26 are cast or injection-molded in such a way that corrugated ribs 27 with corrugated troughs 28 are formed on the fire and outsole side.

The dimensions of the wave crests and wave troughs are such that preferably three wave crests and four wave troughs are arranged in the ball area between the front and rear fittings, while five wave crests and six wave troughs are preferably arranged in the front joint area after the rear fittings 3 ', 3' of the front sole are. If wavebands made from prefabricated individual parts are used, the flexibility of the respective wavebands can be particularly adapted by a different choice of material. But also with shaft bands integrated with the outsole, an adjustment is possible in that the shaft bands have different shapes in the ball and joint area. In particular, it seems favorable to make the waviness of the wavy band more pronounced by specific shapes in the ball area than in the joint area, that is to say that the flexibility in the ball area is greater or at least somewhat greater than in the adjacent front joint area.

The object of the present invention is not limited to the exemplary embodiments shown and described, but can be modified in several ways. For example, the different rib profiles can be combined with one another as desired and either have the same on both sides or else different profiles on the inner side 15 of the sole and on the sole tread 17.

In addition to the plastics commonly used in soccer shoes, such as polyamide (nylon) or polyurethane, all of the flexible, preferably resilient plastics commonly used in the sports shoe industry are considered as sole materials, provided they meet the requirements of the respective competition.

The invention is also not limited to sports shoes for team sports, such as soccer, handball, hockey or the like. It is used with the same or similar advantages for individual sports, especially for different running sports or jumping competitions.

The fittings do not necessarily have to be attached to the outsole in a replaceable manner. They can also form a unit with the outsole, as for example in the case of the so-called nubbed soles or consist of another, preferably harder material than the outsole and are then cast or extrusion-coated directly by the outsole material.

The exceptional flexibility of the sports shoes with the outsole according to the invention is due, on the one hand, to the shape (wave bands) and, on the other hand, to the possibility of stretching or stretching the wave bands.

The two bending areas with increased flexibility improve the mobility of the foot, which enables a more sensitive ball treatment and a more perfect rolling of the sports shoe without early signs of fatigue, especially when playing football. Sports shoes made according to the invention also have better long-term behavior, since the risk of material fatigue is considerably reduced by removing the jam between the outsole and the insole.
