Hierzu ist eine mehr oder weniger starke Bremsung der Folienrolle erforderlich, die zudem dem Umstand Rechnung tragen muss, dass der Durchmesser der Folienrolle während des Wickelvorganges ständig abnimmt.

Die Folienrolle 8 wird jetzt von den beiden Zentriergliedern 7, 9 gehalten und kann mehr oder weniger leicht gedreht werden, wobei die Wirkung der einerseits mit der Folienrolle 8 und andererseits mit der Lagerplatte 5 zusammenwirkenden-Bremsscheibe 6 von der Beschaffenheit der Bremsscheibe und von dem von der Folienrolle 8 ausgeübten Auflagedruck abhängt. Die Bremswirkung der Bremsscheibe 6 kann jedoch durch Betätigung des gleichzeitig als Haltegriff dienenden Drehgriffes 23 verändert werden. 4. Winding-off device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the rotary longitudinal frame part (23) at at least one end is connected to one of the transverse frame parts (2, 4) by means of a setscrew (19, 20), which is preferably mounted in an articulated manner.
5. Winding-off device according to claim 4, characterized in that the rotary longitudinal frame part (23) is connected at one end via a setscrew (19) with a right-hand thread and at the other end via a setscrew (20) with a left-hand thread to the transverse frame parts (2, 4).
