Claims (12)

1. Zerstörbarer Einwegdeckel aus thermoplastischem Material, der mit seinem unteren Ende (3a) ständig und dicht am freien Rand (2a) des Halses (2) einer Flasche befestigt ist und einen frontalen Verschluß (3) sowie eine Seitenwand oder Schürze (4) aufweist, deren oberes Ende mit dem Verschluß verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschluß aus einer frontalen Wand (3) Gesteht, wobei die seitliche Schürze einen mit der frontalen Wand verbundenen oberen Teil (4e) und einen unteren und/oder zwischenliegenden Teil (4f) aufweist, wobei diese Teile sich in der gegenseitigen Verlängerung befinden und wenigstens teilweise die Form von geraden Zylindern mit demselben Querschnitt haben, und daß der Einwegdeckel ein rinqförmiges abreißbares Band (10) zwischen dem oberen Teil (4e) und dem unteren oder zwischenliegenden Teil (4f) aufweist.
2. Deckel nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das ringförmige abreißbare Band mit den Teilen der Schürze derart verbunden ist, daß seine Innenseite einen Teil der Schürze (4) bildet, der mit dem in der Flasche enthaltenen Produkt in Berührung kommen kann.

Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das ringförmige abreißbare Band (10) mit einer Greifzunge versehen ist und mit dem oberen Teil (4e) und dem un teren (4a) oder dem zwischenliegenden (4f) Teil der Schürze (4) durch ringförmige Schwächungszonen (8,9) verbunden ist, die die Zerstörung des Deckels (11 und das Einreißen der Schürze (4) durch Ziehen an der Greifzunge (12) gestatten.
4.Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens der obere Teil (Se) der Schürze (4) des Deckels (1) die Form eines Zylinders hat, der durch eine seitliche senkrechte Ebene (23) verkürzt ist, Die zur Achse des Deckels parallel ist, wobei diese Seitenwand (23) in der Draufsicht eine Sekante des kreisförmigen Querschnitts des Zylinders und die Greifzunge (12) zylindrisch ist sowie sich innerhalb des Umfangs der Schürze (4) befindet.
5.Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Greifzunge (12) an ihrem frontalen Ende mit dem oberen zylindrischen verkürzten Teil (4e) der Schürze (4) durch einen extra dünnen einreiß-baren Steg (24) verbunden ist, der zerstört werden muß, bevor man die Greifzunge (12) ergreifen und das mit letzterer verbundene ringförmige Band (10) abreißen kann.
6.Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die frontale Verschlußwand (3) des Deckels zum Innenraum der Schürze (4) des Deckels (1) wenigstens teilweise gewölbt ist.
7.Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das untere Ende (4a) der Schürze (4) an der Innenfläche des Halses (2) anliegt und vollkommen zylindrisch ist, während ein Zwischenteil (4f) beinahe vollkommen zylindrisch ist und eine senkrechte Abflachung (14) aufweist, die sich entgagengesetzt zur Greifzunge (12) und zur ebenen Wand (23) des zylindrischen oberen Teils (4e) der Schürze (4) befindet und sich bis zu deren frontaler Wand (3) erstreckt.
8.Deckel nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zwischenliegende Teil (4f) der Schßrze (4) an seinem zylindrischen Umfang mit Ausnahme der Abflachung (14) mit einer Waagerechten Schwächungsringnut versehen ist.
9.Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, bei dem die Schürze (4) an ihrem in den Hals (2) eindringenden unteren Ende einen ringförmigen guerverlaufenden Schweißflansch (15) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterseite des Flansches (15) eine Schweiß-rippe (19) aufweist.
1 0.Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine (8) der Schwächungszonen (8, 9) in unmittelbarer Nachharschaft der Verschlußwand (3) des Deckels (1) vorgesehen ist.
11. Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einreißband (10) eine Schwächung (13) aufweist, die den Beginn des Einreißens des Einreiß-bands (10) erleichtert.
12. Behälter, der mit einem Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 verschen ist und bei dem der Deckel (1) am Rand (2a) des Halses (2) ständig befestigt ist und eine seitliche Schürze (4) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hals (2) ein zylindrisches Ende (17) von geringer Höhe aufweist, gefolgt von einer inneren ringförmigen Schulter (18), in die ein ringförmiger Flansch (15) des Deckels (1) ohne merkliches Spiel eingreift, wobei diese Schulter (18) sich an den verengten Teil des Halses (2) anschließt, der ebenfalls ohne seitliches Spiel das untere Ende (4a) der Schürze (4) aufnimmt.
