- the holding means are provided by the presence of a flexible protective sheath which envelops the assembly constituted by the reservoir tube and said projecting part and is fixed at its rear end to the latter, either by a clamping ring cooperating with a converging outer surface of this part, either by elasticity on a rib, for example spiral, provided on this same part, while at its front end, this sheath offers a convergent or rounded shape which serves as a stop at the end of the tank tube. This convergent or rounded shape on the one hand, facilitates penetration into the cesspool and on the other hand, avoids injuring the wall of the latter.
