Abstract

An assembly is used to space facade panels and/or facade supports from a structural support member and the assembly is made up of a support member, a dowel and an expansion screw. The support member is resilient and is provided with stop shoulders so that it can be inserted into an opening in the facade panel or facade support with the shoulders bearing against the panel or support. A dowel is inserted through and is interengaged with the support member. The dowel is inserted into a borehole in the structural support member and the expansion screw secures the dowel within the borehole.

Der Montagevorgang ist folgender: Vorerst wird in eine Durchtrittsöffnung 7 des Fassadenträgers 1 der Stützkörper 4 eingesetzt. Selbstverständlich sind im Fassadenträger 1 mehrere solcher Durchtrittsöffnungen 7 vorgesehen, in die ebenso ein Stützkörper 4 eingeführt wird. Der Stützkörper 4 weist eine Bohrung 8 auf, durch die hindurch alsdann der Dübel 5 eingeschoben wird. Dieser verrastet dabei über Ringschultern 9, 11 gegenuber dem Stützkörper 4 und wird so auch gegenüber dem Fassadenträger 1 festgelegt. Um das Durchtreten der Ringschulter 11 durch die Bohrung 8 und die Durchtrittsöffnung 7 zu erleichtern, weist der hintere Endabschnitt des Dübels 5 über den Umfang verteilt Schlitze 12 auf, wodurch der besagte Endabschnitt mit den Ringschultern 9, 11 segmentweise radial einfederbar ist. Der mit Stützkörpern 4 und Dübeln 5 bestückte Fassadenträger 1 wird alsdann in die richtige Abstandslage zum Bauwerksteil 2 gebracht, wobei der .vordere Abschnitt der Dübel 5 mehr oder weniger tief in vorgefertigte Aufnahmebohrungen 13 des Bauwerksteiles 2 zu liegen kommt. Durch anschliessendes Eindrehen der Spreizschraube 6 in den Dübel 5 wird dieser in an sich bekannter Weise im Bauwerksteil 2 verankert.The assembly process is as follows: for the time being, the support body 4 is inserted into a passage opening 7 of the facade support 1. Durch über den Umfang verteilte Schlitze 15 wird der Stützkörper 4 in Segmente 16 unterteilt, die über Stege 17 zusammengefügt bleiben. Dank der Schlitze 15 ist der Stützkörper 4 für dessen Einführvorgang radial federbar. Durch Stirnflächen gebildete Anschlagschultern 18, 19 legt sich der Stützkörper 4 an den Innenflächen des Fassadenträgers 1 in und entgegen der Einschieberichtung fest. Seitlicher Halt wird durch einen ringförmigen Anschlag 28 erzielt, der in die längsgerichtete Durchtrittsöffnung 7 einragt.
