Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wein- und Fruchtpresse zum Abpressen von Trauben, Obstmaische und anderen mit Flüssigkeit durchsetzten Stoffen.The invention relates to a wine and fruit press for pressing grapes, fruit mash and other substances interspersed with liquid.
Die Erfindung geht aus von einem Stand der Technik, wie er in der NL-C-101 977 gegeben ist. Dort ist eine Presse der oben angegebenen Art beschrieben, bei der innerhalb eines gelochten Siebmantels koaxial eine Presseinrichtung angeordnet ist, die aus einem im Querschnitt dreistrahligen Stern besteht, der mit einem elastischen Schlauch überzogen ist. In das Innere des Schlauches ist ein Druckmittel einbringbar, das den elastischen Schlauch, d.h. die Membrane, nach außen aufweitet und dabei das Pressgut gegen den Siebmantel drückt.The invention is based on a prior art, as given in NL-C-101 977. Lediglich zum Entleeren der Maschine, d.h. zum Tresteraustrag wird der Siebmantel 1 um 180° gedreht, so daß die Einfüllöffnung 8 nach unten zeigt.
