Claims (28)

1. Ein für geschmolzenes Eisenmetall geeigneter Transportkanal mit einer äußeren, fest eingebauten, feuerfesten Auskleidung (4, 8, 10) oder einem Metallgehäuse (7) oder einem äußeren, mit einer fest eingebauten, feuerfesten Auskleidung versehenen Metallgehäuse, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich innerhalb der fest eingebauten, feuerfesten Auskleidung oder des Metallgehäuses eine innere, auswechselbare Auskleidung aus feuerfestem, wärmeisolierenden Material befindet, das zu mindestens 75 Gewichtsprozent aus feuerfesten Partikeln besteht, ein anorganisches und/oder organisches Bindemittel enthält und eine Dichte im Bereich von 1,3 gxcm-3 bis 2,2 gxcm-3 aufweist, wobei die innere, auswechselbare Auskleidung in einer Vielzahl von Einsätzen für den Transport von geschmolzenem Eisenmetall benutzt werden kann.
2. Ein für geschmolzenes Eisenmetall geeigneter Transportkanal gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die innere, auswechselbare Auskleidung aus einer Vielzahl von vorgeformten Platten (5, 6) besteht.
3. Ein für geschmolzenes Eisenmetall geeigneter Transportkanal gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kanal einen von den Seitenwänden (1) getrennten Bodenabschnitt (3) aufweist, wobei die innere, auswechselbare Auskleidung aus einer Aufeinanderfolge von Platten (5, 6) besteht, die den genannten Bodenabschnitt und die genannten Seitenwände auskleiden.
4. Ein für geschmolzenes Eisenmetall geeigneter Transportkanal gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platten (5, 6) mit Hilfe von feuerfestem Zement miteinander verbunden sind.
5. Ein für geschmolzenes Eisenmetall geeigneter Transportkanal gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platten (5, 6) über eine ineinandergreifende Ausführung an den Plattenkanten miteinander verbunden sind.
6. Ein für geschmolzenes Eisenmetall geeigneter Transportkanal gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die innere, auswechselbare Auskleidung aus einer oder mehreren Reihen von Platten besteht, die von einem flexiblen Bauteil zusammengehalten werden.
7. Ein für geschmolzenes Eisenmetall geeigneter Transportkanal gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die innere, auswechselbare Auskleidung aus einem oder mehreren vorgeformten, selbsttragenden Profilen (9, 11) mit im allgemeinen U-förmigem Querschnitt besteht.
8. Ein für geschmolzenes Eisenmetall geeigneter Transportkanal gemäß irgendeinem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der größere Gewichtsanteil der feuerfesten Partikel ein oder mehrere basische oder neutrale, feuerfeste Oxide umfaßt.
9. Ein für geschmolzenes Eisenmetall geeigneter Transportkanal gemäß irgendeinem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die feuerfesten Partikel einen Anteil an feuerfestem Ton aufweisen.
10. Ein für geschmolzenes Eisenmetall geeigneter Transportkanal gemäß Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der feuerfeste Ton 3 bis 10 Gewichtsprozent der inneren Auskleidung ausmacht.
11. Ein für geschmolzenes Eisenmetall geeigneter Transportkanal gemäß irgendeinem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die innere, auswechselbare Auskleidung einen Anteil von einem oder mehreren der Stoffe Graphit, Siliziumkarbid oder Siliziumnitrid enthält.
12. Ein für geschmolzenes Eisenmetall geeigneter Transportkanal gemäß Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Graphit, Siliziumkarbid oder Siliziumnitrid 3 bis 20 Gewichtsprozent der inneren Auskleidung ausmacht.
13. Ein für geschmolzenes Eisenmetall geeigneter Transportkanal gemäß irgendeinem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die innere, auswechselbare Auskleidung bis zu 6 Gewichtsprozent an feuerfestem Fasermaterial enthält.
14. Ein für geschmolzenes Eisenmetall geeigneter Transportkanal gemäß irgendeinem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei dem anorganischen Bindemittel um Natriumsilikat mit einem Gewichtsverhältnis von Na20 zu Si02 von 1:2,5 bis 1:3,7 handelt.
15. Ein für geschmolzenes Eisenmetall geeigneter Transportkanal gemäß Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das anorganische Bindemittel 4 bis 10 Gewichtsprozent der inneren Auskleidung ausmacht.
16. Ein für geschmolzenes Eisenmetall geeigneter Transportkanal gemäß irgendeinem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei dem organischen Bindemittel um einen oder mehrere der Stoffe Harnstoff-Formaldehydharz, Phenol-Formaldehydharz oder Stärke handelt.
17. Ein für geschmolzenes Eisenmetall geeigneter Transportkanal gemäß Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das organische Bindemittel 3 bis 8 Gewichtsprozent der inneren Auskleidung ausmacht.
18. Ein Gegenstand zum Einsatz in der inneren, auswechselbaren Auskleidung eines für geschmolzenes Eisenmetall geeigneten Transportkanals, bestehend aus einem vorgeformten, selbsttragenden Auskleidungsabschnitt (9, 11) mit im allgemeinen U-förmigem Querschnitt und aus einem chemisch gebundenen, feuerfesten, wärmeisolierenden Material geformt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der genannte Gegenstand zu mindestens 75 Gewichtsprozent aus feuerfesten Partikeln und einem anorganischen Bindemittel und/oder einem organischen Bindemittel besteht und eine Dichte im Bereich von 1,3 gxcm-3 bis 2,2 gxcm-3 aufweist.
19. Ein Auskleidungsabschnitt gemäß Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der größere Gewichtsanteil der feuerfesten Partikel ein oder mehrere basische oder neutrale, feuerfeste Oxide umfaßt.
20. Ein Auskleidungsabschnitt gemäß Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die feuerfesten Partikel einen Anteil an feuerfestem Ton enthalten.
21. Ein Auskleidungsabschnitt gemäß Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der feuerfeste Ton 3 bis 10 Gewichtsprozent des Auskleidungsabschnitts ausmacht.
22. Ein Auskleidungsabschnitt gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 18 bis 21, gekennzeichnet durch einen Anteil von einem oder mehreren der Stoffe Graphit, Siliziumkarbid oder Siliziumnitrid.
23. Ein Auskleidungsabschnitt gemäß Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Graphit, Siliziumkarbid oder Siliziumnitrid 3 bis 20 Gewichtsprozent des Auskleidungsabschnitts ausmacht.
24. Ein Auskleidungsabschnitt gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 18 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auskleidungsabschnitt bis zu 6 Gewichtsprozent an feuerfestem Fasermaterial enthält.
25. Ein Auskleidungsabschnitt gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 18 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei dem anorganischen Bindemittel um Natriumsilikat mit einem Gewichtsverhältnis von Na20 zu Si02 von 1:2,5 bis 1:3,7 handelt.
26. Ein Auskleidungsabschnitt gemäß Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das anorganische Bindemittel 4 bis 10 Gewichtsprozent des Auskleidungsabschnitts ausmacht.
27. Ein Auskleidungsabschnitt gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 18 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei dem organischen Bindemittel um einen oder mehrere der Stoffe Harnstoff-Formaldehydharz, Phenol-Formaldehydharz oder Stärke handelt.
28. Ein Auskleidungsabschnitt gemäß Anspruch 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das organische Bindemittel 3 bis 8 Gewichtsprozent des Auskleidungsabschnitts ausmacht.
