Um ein Abbiegen des Schalbrettflansches zu vermeiden, muß dieser verformungssteif und stabil ausgebildet sein. Nach Entfernen der Haltevorrichtung ist ein neues Verfugen der letzten Steinlage erforderlich. Der Einsatz unterschiedlicher Schalbretter ist nur in begrenztem Umfang möglich, da der Stützflansch die Höhe des Schalbrettes begrenzt.A generic holding device is known from DE-U-1 814 213.
