Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren sowie eine Vorrich­ tung zur automatischen oder halbautomatischen Trennung von abgepassten, textilen Stoffteilen, insbesondere gestrick­ ten Teilen, deren Trennstellen mit Schmelztrennfäden verse­ hen sind, wobei die textilen Stoffteile einer Wärmebehand­ lung ausgesetzt werden, durch die die Schmelztrennfäden aufgeschmolzen werden und während dieser Behandlung vollständig voneinander getrennt werden. Hierzu werden die auf einem Förderband in eine beheizte Ausrüstvorrichtung einlaufenden, durch Schmelztrennfäden miteinander ver­ bundenen Stoffteile einer oberflachlichen Friktionswirkung bei gleichzeitiger Erwärmung und dadurch bewirkter Auf­ schmelzung der Schmelztrennfäden unterworfen, die dadurch zustandekommt, daß das die Stoffteile transportie­ rende untere Förderband eine größere Geschwindigkeit aufweist als ein mit den Stoffteilen oberhalb des unteren Förderbandes in Berührung tretendes oberes Förderband.
