Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe bei einem Verfahren der eingangs angegebenen Art dadurch gelöst, daß die zu bedruckende Bahn in die Druckmaschine eingefahren und mit den Registermarken der Druckwerke bedruckt wird, daß die Formzylinder der dem ersten Druckwerk folgenden Druckwerke in dem Zeitpunkt von ihren Antrieben abgekuppelt werden, in dem die von diesen gedruckten Registermarken von einem dem jeweiligen Formzylinder zugeordneten, eine gestellfeste Markierung bildenden Fototaster erfaßt werden, und daß die Formzylinder der Reihe nach wieder an ihre Antriebe angekuppelt werden, wenn der jeweilige, diesen zugeordnete Fototaster die Druckmarke des Formzylinders des jeweils vorhergehenden Druckwerks erfaßt. Nach dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren kann in einfacher Weise und mit hoher Genauigkeit eine Voreinstellung der Register der Formzylinder erfolgen. Zunächst ist es lediglich erforderlich, die dem ersten Formzylinder folgenden Formzylinder dadurch in ihre Ausgangsstellung zu bringen, daß deren Registermarken zu den zugeordneten Fototastern ausgerichtet werden, was automatisch erfolgen kann, ohne daß die Registermarken in bestimmter Weise relativ zu gestellfesten Registermarken ausgerichtet werden müßten. Die abgekuppelten Formzylinder werden in dem Moment wieder an ihre Antriebe angekuppelt, wenn die diesen zugeordneten Fototaster die von dem Formzylinder des jeweils vorhergehenden Druckwerks gedruckte Registermarke erfassen. Beim Durchgang der von dem ersten Druckwerk 11 gedruckten Passermarke unter der Foto-zelle 33 wird der Formzylinder 4 des Druckwerks 13 wieder eingekuppelt und gleichzeitig wird der Formzylinder 4 des Druckwerks 14 zugeschaltet. Verfahren zum Voreinstellen der mit je einer Markierung versehenen Formzylinder von Mehrfarbenrollenrotationsdruckmaschinen, bei dem die Formzylinder zum Einstellen ihrer Ausgangsstellungen entsprechend der Lage ihrer Markierungen zu gestellfesten Markierungen von ihren Antrieben abgekuppelt und anschließend entsprechend der Länge der Bahn zwischen der jeweiligen gestellfesten Markierung und der Markierung auf dem ersten Formzylinder wieder an ihre Antriebe angekuppelt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die zu bedruckende Bahn (3) in die Druckmaschine (1) eingefahren und mit den Registermarken der Druckwerke (11, 12, 13, 14) bedruckt wird, daß die Formzylinder (4) der dem ersten Druckwerk (11) folgenden Druckwerke (12, 13, 14) in dem .
