Claims (2)

  1. Web-fed rotary offset printing machine having a printing unit for flying plate exchange, in which one plate cylinder/rubber cylinder pair (4, 2; 5, 3) is brought to a standstill for plate exchange and the other can be set against a common rotating impression cylinder (6), wherein in the recto/verso print mode the impression cylinder (6) can be used as a paper guide roller for the web guided between the rubber blanket cylinders (2, 3), and gear wheels (20, 24) are positioned on the shaft (17) of the impression cylinder and join the main drive (18, 19) optionally to one of the two rubber cylinder drive wheels (22, 26) by means of a first or second coupling (21, 25), in which a gear wheel (26) arranged on the shaft (14) of a first rubber cylinder (3) is in toothed engagement directly or indirectly with a gear wheel (28) arranged on the shaft (13) of the other second rubber cylinder (2) and with a gear wheel (24) arranged on the shaft (17) of the impression cylinder (6), and the gear wheel (28) arranged on the shaft (13) of the second rubber cylinder (2) can be joined by means of a third coupling (29) to the shaft (13) of this second rubber cylinder (2) in such a way that in the recto and verso print mode (1/1) one (21) of the two first or second couplings (21, 25) is activated and applies the main drive (18, 19) applied to the impression cylinder (6) by means of a gear wheel (22) to a rubber cylinder (2), from which, when the third coupling (29) is activated, the drive reaches the other rubber cylinder (3) by means of the gear wheel (28) arranged on the shaft (13) of the second rubber cylinder (2), and that the three couplings (21, 25, 29) are equipped with fixed point circuits.
  2. Web-fed rotary offset printing machine according to claim 1, characterised in that the two couplings (21, 25) are arranged on different sides of the impression cylinder (6) and in that on one side of the impression cylinder (6) the gear wheel (24) co-operating with one coupling (e.g. 25) is in continuous engagement with a double-width gear wheel (26) on the shaft (14) of one rubber cylinder (3).
