Claims (3)

1. Mikrowellenresonator vom Typ eines variablen Kondensators mit Dielektrikum, der sich in einem Hohlraum (1) mit einer Längssymmetrieachse AA befindet, wobei der Resonator ein erstes und ein zweites zylindrisches Teil (2, 3) besitzt, deren gemeinsame Achse XX senkrecht zur Achse AA verläuft und die je an eine von zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Wänden (10, 11) des Hohlraums angekoppelt sind, und wobei der erste Teil die Wand (10), mit der er gekoppelt ist, ganz durchguert und einen Tauchkern (21, 22) besitzt, dessen Lage bezüglich des zweiten Teils einstellbar ist, und wobei der erste Teil (2) außerdem ein Metallstück (20) enthält, das in seiner ganzen Länge von einem zylindrischen Loch (24) mit der Achse XX durchguert wird und sich in einem gegebenen Abstand (e) vom zweiten Teil (3) befindet, und wobei der Tauchkern durch seine Verschiebung entlang der Achse XX im Loch so einstellbar ist, daß ein Endbereich (22) des Tauchkerns, und nur dieser, aus dem Loch in Richtung auf den zweiten Teil vorstehen kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens dieser Endbereich ganz aus dielektrischem Material besteht, das geeignet ist, nur die Kapazität des Kondensators zu ändern, nicht dagegen die elektrischen Feldlinien im Raum zwischen den beiden von dem Metallstück (20) und dem Metallzylinder (3) gebildeten Kondensatorarmaturen.
2. Resonator nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der gegebene Abstand (e) durch Einstellung der Eindringtiefe des Metallstücks (20) in die mit dem ersten Teil gekoppelte Wand (10) des Hohlraums einstellbar ist.
3. Resonator nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Teil (3) ein Zylinder ist, der an seinem gegenüber dem ersten Teil (2) liegenden Ende ein Loch (30) besitzt, in das der Endbereich (22) des Tauchkerns eindringen kann.
