Claims (4)

1. Membranpumpe mit hydraulischer Steuerung, umfassend mindestens eine Membran, deren beide Flächen in Kontakt mit zwei verschiedenen Fluiden stehen, welche Membran eine im wesentlichen kugelförmige Schale (1) bildet, die einen im wesentlichen flachen ringförmigen Aussenrand (2) umfasst, wobei der Pumpenkörper mindestens zwei Elemente (12a, 12b) umfasst, zwischen denen die Membran (10) eingeklemmt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Membran durch zwei Schichten, nämlich einer (3) aus Kautschuk und einer anderen (4) aus Plastikmaterial, wie Tetrafluorethylen, gebildet ist, dass sich die andere Schicht (4) auf der konkaven Seite (1a) befindet, dass jede Seite des Randes mit einem Wulst (2a, 2b) zum Fixieren der Membran im Pumpenkörper zwischen den beiden genannten Elementen versehen ist, dass jedes der Elemente (12a, 12b) mit einer ringförmigen Rille (13) zur Aufnahme der Wülste versehen ist und dass die Annäherung der Elemente am Ende des Klemmens auf etwa 80% der Gesamtdicke (E) der Membran in Höhe ihrer Wülste begrenzt ist;"wobei die Klemmung nur an den Wülsten erfolgt.
2. Pumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tiefe (F) der inneren kugelförmigen Schale im Bereich von 4 bis 6% des Innendurchmessers (D) des ringförmigen Randes liegt.
3. Pumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wülste (2a, 2b) im wesentlichen halbringförmig sind, mit einem Aussenradius gleich 2,5 mm.
4. Pumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwei Membranen (8, 10) umfasst.
