Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.The invention relates to a device according to the preamble of claim 1.

A device of this type is known from DE-U-6 933 781. However, the problem with and disadvantage of this known device is that both its movement in the working direction must be done manually. Furthermore, in this known device it is also not recognizable how adjustability of the planks used, in particular with regard to their inclination adjustment and height adjustment, should be realized.

Based on this known device, the invention has for its object to improve a generic device so that its mechanical travel is possible with improved and structurally simple adjustability of the planks.

This object is achieved according to the invention in a generic device by the features of the characterizing part of claim 1.

A device can be found in document DE-U-7 539 208, which has a drive device, the existing screed and the screed being articulated in a height-adjustable manner on a drive device via a support frame. In this device, however, the screed is rigidly connected to the support frame, while only the downstream screed is designed to be inclinable relative to the support frame. In principle, height adjustment cannot be achieved with this known device, since the second support point of the support frame is formed by the support points of the corresponding planks on the covering ceiling to be created. For this reason, it is therefore not possible for the support frame to be pivoted in height with respect to the drive driving device, that is to say that the planks cannot be lifted off the covering to be worked.

In contrast, the invention has the advantage of the pivoting height of the support frame. In this way, the inclination of the planks can be set both positively and negatively, which means the raising of the corresponding front and rear edges.

Furthermore, in the invention, the height adjustability of the two planks is added via their common cross member. This makes it possible to fine-tune the height adjustment of the two planks via the pivoting height of the support frame. The floating screed bearing also provided ensures good post-compaction and clean smoothing of the surface of the covering. These advantages of multiple adjustability are nevertheless solved in a structurally simple manner in the invention.

By means of the device according to the invention, the layer height of the floor covering to be created can therefore be set precisely beforehand and a uniform layer thickness can be achieved in the processing phase. The construction of the device advantageously allows free vertical movement of the screeds with respect to the drive drive device. The screed expediently has a sufficiently high cross bar on the front edge for distributing and pulling off the material. The screed is advantageously arranged at the lower end of threaded spindles, each of which has an adjustable helical spring by a wing nut, so that the contact pressure of the screed can be adjusted. The coil spring and wing nut also create a floating bearing for the screed, which is also adjustable. Furthermore, in each of the two end regions of the screed, a spindle is suitably arranged in front of and behind the screed, which is supported against runners at both ends of the screed, as a result of which unevenness in the floor can be bridged. The construction of the invention also allows each screed to be inclined both in the positive and in the negative sense. The rigidly suspended and positively guided screed, in combination with the floating screed, allows good post-compaction and clean smoothing of the surface of the covering. It is particularly advantageous that each screed can be adjusted in the angle of attack and additionally both screeds can be adjusted in inclination at the same time. As a result, the device can be used for covering thicknesses of up to 15 cm and various grain diameters for the materials to be processed. A particularly good and even formation of the covering surfaces is achieved with layer thicknesses below 8 mm. A particularly good distribution of the material is achieved in that the screed has a high cross bar on the front edge. This prevents the material lying in front of the screed from being conveyed or falling over it. The prevention of this effect also helps to ensure that there is always enough material in front of the screed. For the inclination of the planks, the cross member or the parallelogram of the handlebars can also have a lockable joint which can be moved and locked for the adjustment of the planks.

In the illustration in FIG. 1, the screed is designated 1 and the screed 2. The planks 1 and 2 are supported by a cross member 3, specifically via the links 4, which are pivotably attached to the cross member 3 and have pins 5 and 6 at their ends, via which the planks 1 and 2 are articulated by the links 4 . The arrows shown in Fig. 1 in the extension of the planks indicate the opposite movement of the movable planks. The planks with cross member 3 and parallelogram handlebars are arranged on a support frame 7, the legs of which are carried by a drive drive device 8 with chain drive. The suspension of the planks 1, 2 on the support frame 7 will be explained in more detail later with reference to FIG. 4. 9 the drive motor and 15 the associated switch box. To better emphasize the planks 1 and 2, they were shown with dashed lines. 14 is the side guide of the chain drive.

Fig. 2 shows the view of the device viewed from the side of the planks. The device is located on a layer 12 which is to be peeled off and smoothed. With 4 the handlebars already mentioned in Fig. 1 are designated, on the underside of which the planks 1 and 2 are articulated. FIG. 2 also shows an adjustable spindle device 10, the details of which are shown in FIG. 4.

Durch die beschriebene Vorrichtung kann eine exakte und vorher bestimmte Schrägstellung der Bohlen erreicht werden.3, 3 'and 3 "show the side view of the device with the support frame 7 and the drive drive device 8. 9 is the drive motor and 15 the switch box. The planks are designated 1 and 2 and are in the normal position on the layer 12, The side guide, which has an adjustable connection between the support frame 7 and the drive drive device, is indicated schematically by 14. The support frame 7 is lowered in Fig. 3 ', which causes the screeds 1, 2 to be inclined. Here, the planks 1 and 2 are slightly raised at the front edge. FIG. 3 "shows the opposite control, in which the support frame 7 is slightly raised with the planks 1, 2 by the side guide 14, with the planks 1 and 2 is caused by lifting the rear edge. With the device described, an exact and previously determined inclination of the planks can be achieved.

17 ist die Verbindung mit Tragrahmen 7.Fig. 4 shows the elements of a spindle device 10 with which the planks are arranged on the support frame 7. As can be seen from the illustration, the spindle device 10 consists of a threaded spindle 19 which has a rotatable link 16 at the top. Between this link 16 and the guide 17, a spiral spring 18 is provided, which prevents unwanted adjustment and locks the threaded spindle 19 in its respective position. The threaded spindle 19 is guided in the projection 20 so that the cross member 3 for the planks can be raised and lowered by turning the handlebar 16. As can also be seen in the illustration, the lower part of the threaded spindle is 21, thread-free. For commissioning, the cross member 3 is lowered by turning the handlebar 16 so that a guide can work freely in the vertical direction without being impeded by the chain drive against vertical movements. 17 is the connection to the support frame 7.

The threaded spindle 41 of the smoothing plank 2, which is designed as a supporting shaft, is extended upwards and carries a coil spring or coil spring 42. A wing nut 45 is located at the upper end of the threaded spindle which exerts an adjustable pressure on the disc 43 and thus on the coil spring 42. By increasing the spring pressure, the contact pressure of the screed 2 on the floor material can be adjusted, the crossbeam 3, which has a disk 44 welded on at the bottom, serving as a counter bearing. If the coil spring 42 has only a low tension, the smoothing screed 2 acts with its full weight on the installed material. If the tension of the coil spring 42 is increased, the contact pressure decreases. It has been found that increasing the contact pressure causes the liquid components of the flooring mixture to rise, which increases the strength on the surface and prevents drying out. As a result of the arrangement of the coil spring 42, a floating fastening of the screed 2 is also achieved. On the left side, the screed 1 is fastened to the handlebar 4 by means of a pin 46 which carries a nut 48 with a cotter pin at the upper end. It is also possible to install a lockable joint in the holding member of the planks below the handlebar 4, which offers the possibility of individually setting an inclined position for each plank.

Fig. 6 shows a schematic representation of the arrangement of two spindles 27 which are supported by a support frame 28 and are adjustable within this frame by a threaded arrangement 25. A thread guide prevents damage to the thread. The lower end 32 is in this arrangement. unprotected. The respective lower end 32 is provided in a holder 33 which is arranged on the runner 34. This arrangement can be used when the pads are somewhat uneven, and the runner 34 can compensate for these unevenness. At the front edge of the screed 1 there is also a sign 31 which prevents the material from falling over and ensures that there is always a sufficiently large amount of material in front of the screed 1 for good distribution.
