Description

Ringspinnmaschinen, der im Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1 angegebenen Art.The invention relates to a movable cleaning device for drafting systems on spinning and twisting machines, in particular roving or ring spinning machines, of the type specified in the preamble of claim 1.

In a known device for the pneumatic blowing and suction of fiber fly, which can be moved on rails (US-A-3486184), blowing nozzles and suction openings are provided which coat the work area. The fiber fly that arises and is deposited in the area of the drafting system, for example, is whirled up and falls on the machine parts underneath and especially the floor. The fiber flight is taken up by this by means of suction mouthpieces which are provided on long suction nozzles which hang from the cleaning unit which can be moved above the spinning machine.

It is therefore an object of the present invention to concentrate and remove fiber fly and dust in the working area of the drafting system.

To achieve this object, the characterizing features are proposed according to the invention in the cleaning device according to the preamble of claim 1.

This has the advantage that fiber fly and dust are concentrated within the working area of the drafting system and no longer fall on the floor of the factory building or machine parts which, like the ring rail, are located below the drafting system or the drafting system bench. This also prevents dust and fiber fly from escaping from the immediate working area of the drafting system upwards or to the sides. Experience has shown that most of the fiber flight occurs on the drafting system. a. deposits on the drafting system bench when the cleaning device is currently cleaning another drafting system. The air jet emitted by the blowing nozzle and directed onto the rollers of the drafting system can be designed to be quite strong, since the fiber fly released by it is directed directly into the suction mouthpieces arranged on both sides. The central cleaning jet and the drafting system are thus enclosed on all sides by blocking air curtains.

Advantageous embodiments of the invention are protected in the subclaims.

  • Fig. 1 eine Ringspinnmaschine mit der Reinigungsvorrichtung,
  • Fig. 3 einen Schnitt gemäß Linie 111-111 in Fig. 1.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the invention is shown, which is explained in more detail with reference to the following description. It shows
  • 1 is a ring spinning machine with the cleaning device,
  • Fig. 2 shows a section along line II-II in Fig. 1, wherein the ring spinning machine is omitted and
  • 3 shows a section along line 111-111 in FIG. 1.

A ring spinning machine 10 shown in cross section in FIG. 1 is provided with drafting devices 11. Rails 12 are arranged above the ring spinning machine 10, on which rails a cleaning unit 13 can be moved in the longitudinal direction of the ring spinning machine 10. The cleaning unit 13 is formed in a known manner on two sides and accordingly has blow hoses 14 and 15 and suction hoses 16 and 17 hanging down on both sides of the ring spinning machine 10.

The blow hose 14 is provided with slot nozzles 18 and 19 which generate a horizontal, fan-shaped air curtain, not shown, above and below the working area of the drafting device 11. The fan-shaped air curtain preferably has an opening angle which is dimensioned such that at least between the suction hoses 16 and 17 located opposite each other on both sides of the ring spinning machine 10, sealing air curtains are formed above and below the working area of the drafting system 11.

Above and / or below the section lying between the slit nozzles 18 and 19, the blow hose 14 can have further smaller blow nozzles 20.

The blow hose 15 is substantially shorter than the blow hose 14 and opens into an adjustable ball head 21 which carries a blow nozzle 22. The blowing nozzle 22 is designed and arranged in such a way that it emits a strong flat air jet which extends substantially perpendicular to the horizontal air curtains of the slot nozzles 18 and 19 and is arranged approximately in the center of the horizontal air curtains. For this purpose, the blow hose 15 is located in the immediate vicinity of the blow hose 14 between the two suction hoses 16 and 17.

Each of the suction hoses 16 and 17 is provided with at least one suction nozzle 23. In the illustrated embodiment, two suction mouthpieces 23 are provided in the lower region of the drafting system 11, which are offset somewhat in height and on the circumference of the suction hoses 16 and 17. The suction mouthpieces 23 directed in the direction of the drafting unit 11 take up the fiber flight from the center, while the suction mouthpieces pointing somewhat outwards capture the edge regions of the fan-shaped sealing air curtains.

The flat cleaning air jet emerging from the blow hose 15 or the blowing nozzle 22 immediately cleans the rollers of the drafting system and is loaded with dust and fiber fly in the direction of the lateral suction hoses 16 and 17, where it enters the suction mouthpieces 23 without dust or fiber fly lower sealing air curtain can pass the slot nozzle 19. In this way se, the exit or working speed of the air emerging from the nozzle 22 can be increased without the risk that dust and / or fiber fly on the underlying machine parts, such as the ring bench, and the floor of the workshop are blown and themselves can deposit there. Nevertheless, suction mouthpieces 24 are provided at the lower free ends of the suction hoses 16 and 17, which cover the bottom 25 and absorb dust and fiber fly, which have been blown off by the blow nozzles 20 from the ring spinning machine 10.

The suction mouthpieces 23 are brought as far as possible to the drafting units 11. However, their mouths are arranged in such a way that - as can be seen in FIG. 1 - the cleaning device can be moved beyond the machine housing 26 at the end of the ring spinning machine 10, for example to operate an adjacent ring spinning machine.

The suction mouthpieces 23 are expediently arranged directly above the lower slot nozzle 19.

Further suction mouthpieces 23 can also be arranged on the suction hoses 16 and 17 between the slot nozzles 18 and 19.
