Claims (10)

1. Bauelement, insbesondere zur Ausrüstung von Räumen mit Publikumsverkehr, zwecks Bildung einer transparenten Trennfläche zwischen dieser Öffentlichkeit und einem in einem anderen Raum isolierten Beamten, welche Trennfläche gleichwohl mündliche Kommunikation sowie den Austausch materieller Gegenstände oder Dokumente gestattet, derart, dass das Bauelement eine in etwa horizontal und oberhalb einer oberen Trennwand (31) angeordnete Theke (4) mit einem oberen Teil (4,-42) aufweist, deren grösster Teil aus einem transparenten Material besteht und mit Bezug auf die Vertikale aufwärts und zur Öffentlichkeit hin geneigt ist, wobei der unterhalb des oberen nahezu horizontalen Teils der Theke gelegene Teil des Elements durch eine untere Wand (32) geschlossen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ausser dem oberen Teil der Theke (41-42), der oberen Wand (31) und der unteren Wand (32) dieses Element nur zwei im Abstand befindliche in vertikalen Ebenen angeordnete Stäbe (11-12) aufweist, die einerseits längsgestreckte und geneigte Oberteile aufweisen, zwischen denen die obere Wand (31) gehalten wird, und andererseits mit verbreiterten unteren Teilen (13) versehen sind, derart, dass der Einheit ein Polygon von ausreichender Stützkraft vermittelt wird, und zwischen denen der obere Teil der Theke (41―42) und die untere Wandung (32) gehalten werden, wobei die verbreiterten unteren Teile (13) der Stäbe aus zwei dreieckigen, auf dem Boden ruhenden Sockeln gebildet sind, deren eine Seite um die Profile (11―12) U-förmigen Querschnitts verlängert ist, aus denen die oberen Teile der Stäbe gebildet sind, und welche die obere Trennwand (31) aufnehmen.
2. Element nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die sich vom oberen Teil der Theke (41―42) zum Boden erstreckende Trennwand (32) ebenfalls zur Vertikalen abwärts und zur Öffentlichkeit hin geneigt ist.
3. Element nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Scheitelpunkt der dreieckigen Sockel (13) sich über dem oberen Teil der Theke (41―42) befindet.

Element nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Teil der Theke (41-42) aus einem Schalenblockguss mit zwei Schenkeln (41―42) ungleicher Länge gebildet ist, wobei der kürzere Schenkel (41) die untere Kante der oberen Trennwand (31) aufnimmt und ein Pult auf der Publikumsseite bildet, während der längere Schenkel (42) unter ersterem angeordnet ist und auf der Seite des Beamten einen kleinen Tisch bildet.
5. Element nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Oberteil der Theke (41-42) sich oberhalb der unteren Trennwand (32) befindet und vermittels am unteren Teil der Stäbe (11-12) befestigter Gleitschienen horizontal gehaltert wird.
6. Element nach einem der Ansprüche 1-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die untere Wand (32) undurchsichtig und aus einem festen Material gefertigt ist, während die obere Wand (31) aus kugelsicherem Glas besteht.
7. Element nach einem der Ansprüche 1-6, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die obere Wand (31) mit einem Kommunikationsfenster (8) mit einer vibrierenden, den Ton wiederherstellenden Membran sowie mit einer Öffnung (9) mit einer Klappe (10) auf der Seite des Beamten für die Durchgabe von Gegenständen oder Dokumenten versehen ist.
8. Element nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe (11) für die Durchreichung von Gegenständen oder Dokumenten in der Theke (4) untergebracht ist, welche für diesen Zweck eine Übergabeöffnung (43) aufweist.
9. Element nach einem der Ansprüche 1-8, gekennzeichnet durch ein auf eine Rolle (21) gewickeltes Rollo (20) im oberen Teil der transparenten Wand (31), wobei das Rollo auf ein Steuerorgan anspricht, welches das momentane Abrollen desselben bewirkt.
10. Element nach einem der Ansprüche 1-9, gekennzeichnet durch einen quer auf dem oberen Teil der durchsichtigen Wand (31) sitzenden Beleuchtungskasten (12), welcher mit zwei Öffnungen (13-14) senkrecht zum Publikum und zum Beamten zwecks Beleuchtung der beiden Seiten der Theke (4) versehen ist.
