Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Ausbildungsschießgerät der im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 angegebenen Art.The invention relates to a training shooting device specified in the preamble of claim 1.
Training guns of various designs are known for learning to shoot with cannons. In most cases, these are devices that are anchored by special adaptation in the full-caliber gun barrel of the respective weapon system and where sub-caliber ammunition is fired from a barrel inserted into the gun barrel. These training shooting devices generally allow the leveling process to be followed realistically, but not the process of loading the weapon and handling the ammunition.
The invention therefore makes it its task to create a training shooting device in which the ark process and the handling of the ammunition more than in the known systems corresponds to reality. According to the invention, this is achieved with a training shooting device of the type specified in the characterizing part of claim 1, by using a full-caliber cartridge stub case known from cannon ammunition with a combustible cartridge case for receiving and supplying the sub-caliber ammunition into the cartridge chamber of the sub-caliber tube. The centric insertion of the sub-caliber cartridge into the cartridge chamber of the exercise device that has already been adapted in the cannon is ensured by the cartridge-like outer shape of the full-caliber cartridge stub sleeve. The direct centering of the sub-caliber ammunition in the cartridge chamber of the training shooting device is also advantageous. Through the use of the full-caliber cartridge stub sleeve, it is also possible to actuate the breech of the weapon as in the case of a sharp shot, possibly fully automatically, and to adjust the subsequent sequence until the shot is fired by the fact that, according to a further proposal, the Invention in the bottom of the cartridge an adaptation of the electrical contact to the electrical firing mechanism of the original gun breech is provided.
For the secure connection and mounting of the sub-caliber ammunition with or on the cartridge stub sleeve, the invention provides for a laterally open slot corresponding to the cartridge base of the sub-caliber ammunition and the sub-caliber cartridge to be formed at the front end of a central attachment of the cartridge base. after insertion into the slot, secure it against accidental falling out with a retaining pin.
In contrast to the sharp shot, in which the breech opens automatically, the breech has to be opened manually after firing the shot on the training shooting device, because the recoil forces of the practice ammunition are not sufficient to open the original breech. In order to facilitate the removal of the cartridge stub sleeve from the cartridge chamber, the invention provides for three stub sleeve ejection pins distributed axially displaceably in a centering device arranged in the region of the cartridge chamber of the sub-caliber tube. According to further proposals of the invention, the ejection can be accomplished both mechanically and by utilizing the gases that develop during the shot. In one case, the ejection pins are each arranged displaceably against the force of a compression spring, in the other case, the end of the ejection pins designed as a piston is connected via holes to the sub-caliber pipe, so that a part of the propellant gases located behind the sub-caliber floor is via these holes the piston surface can act. By means of a check valve closing after the tube, a predetermined amount of gas is enclosed in a storage space until after opening the closure this amount of gas can move the piston with the ejection pin and push the cartridge stub sleeve out of the cartridge chamber. For this purpose, it is further provided according to d PREV - put a predetermined route through the piston gas relief holes in the piston housing as well as release of the centering device, through which the gas can flow after completion of discharging the Kartuschstummelhülse.
- Figure 1 is a fully installed training shooting device according to the invention in a longitudinal section and
- Figure 2 is a partial sectional view of the training shooter with a mechanical or a gas pressure sleeve ejection system.
According to the figures, the sub-caliber tube 4 is arranged in the cannon tube 1 by means of the
In the lower part of Figure 2, a mechanically acting sleeve ejection system is shown that has the
In the upper part of Figure 2, a gas pressure-actuated sleeve ejection system is shown, in which the one end of the
Both in the mechanical and in the gas-pressure-actuated sleeve ejection system, precautions must be taken to ensure that the
To load the weapon, the
