Definitions
- the invention relates to a semi-automatic firearm in which a cock under spring tension is triggered by means of a trigger device to fire a shot and the cock is automatically reset to its cocking position by means of an adjustable member.
- Such a semi-automatic firearm is known from DE-AS - 10 41 390.
- Cartridge ammunition inserted into a magazine is fired.
- the adjustable link is actuated by the recoil when the cartridge ammunition is fired.
- the recoil is sufficient to adjust the adjustable member and thus to automatically cock the cock after the shot.
- Cartridge ammunition is used for indoor firearms, which has only a weak charge, but is sufficient to carry the projectile into the relatively close target with sufficient accuracy. Since the recoil of this small-caliber cartridge ammunition is very low, an automatic system cannot be easily provided for these firearms in order to train them as rapid firearms, so that they can also be used, for example, to shoot at moving targets with quick firing sequences; In the case of commercially available firearms of this type, it must be repeated manually before each individual shot or the firearm reloaded.
- This object is achieved according to the invention in that the tap and the adjustable member rest against one another as point or line as possible from the axis of rotation of the tap and that the mutually facing contact surfaces of the tap and the adjustable member are designed so that at the return of the tap to the clamping position of the contact point or the contact line between the tap and the adjustable member approximately maintains the distance to the axis of rotation of the tap.
- a continuous displacement of the contact point or the contact line between the tap and the adjustable member is achieved according to an advantageous embodiment in that the tap has a spherical or semi-cylindrical contact surface and that the contact surface of the adjustable member is so convexly curved in the manner of a quarter ellipse that the contact point or the contact line starts - when the tap is reset approximately from the end point of the large ellipse axis and adjusts in the direction of the small ellipse axis.
- the dome-shaped or semi-cylindrical contact surface of the valve is formed by a ball or roller which is freely rotatable in the valve.
- a further embodiment provides that the closure is guided on the inside and consists of plastic or light metal.
- the closure can be kept very small.
- an embodiment which is characterized in that the closure is guided in an adjustable manner in a carriage mounted on the frame and that the closure is supported on the carriage by means of a compression spring and the carriage is supported on the frame by means of a compression spring.
- Fig. 1 is a semi-automatic firearm with which can be fired magazine-weak recoil cartridge ammunition, in which a loading process is only required before the first shot to cock the cock and to insert the first cartridge ammunition into the barrel .
- This process can be carried out using means known per se.
- the firearm according to the invention does not differ from the prior art.
- the frame 10 of the firearm is constructed in a known manner and accommodates the magazine 12 with the low-recoil cartridge ammunition in the grip part 11.
- the magazine 12 is held in the handle part 11 with the spring-loaded holding member 13.
- the drawn barrel 15 receives the cartridge ammunition, wherein it is inserted in the frame part 14.
- the cartridge ammunition located in the barrel 15 is held by the breech 30, which can be supported on the slide 35 of the firearm via a compression spring 36.
- the closure 30 can, however, also be guided in an adjustable manner on a slide 35 adjustable on the frame. If the Schiit th 35 is adjusted during loading, then the shutter 30 is also taken.
- the firing pin 31 is guided axially adjustable in the closure 30. This firing pin 31 is supported by means of the return spring 34 on the closure 30, so that when it resets the closure 30 in the direction of the tap 20 it assumes its end position.
- the firing pin 31 is now led out at the end of the closure 30 facing the tap 20 and is provided as a contact part 32 with a contact surface 33 for the tap 20.
- This contact surface 33 forms approximately a quarter ellipse, which is arranged such that the contact surface 22 rests on the upward arm 21 of the valve 20 at the beginning of the return movement at about the end point of the large ellipse axis and during the return movement of the closure 30 in the direction of the small ellipse axis wanders.
- the contact surface 22 of the tap 20 can be dome-shaped or semi-cylindrical. det be, so that between the firing pin system part 32 and the tap 20 results in a point or line system. It is thereby achieved that the contact point or the contact line maintains approximately the distance to the axis of rotation 24 of the tap 20 when the tap 20 is reset.
- the spring 27 is tensioned via the lower arm 23 of the valve 20 and the valve 20 is locked in the clamping position by means of the locking element 25.
- the triggering of the cock 20 can be initiated via the trigger bracket 19, the locking being released via the part 26 and the locking element 25.
- the locking element 25 is rotated so far that the spring 27 pivots the tap 20 against the firing pin system part 32 and strikes the firing pin 31 against the cartridge ammunition in barrel 15 and ignites it.
- the valve 20 is, as already explained, reset and cocked again.
- the firearm designed in this way can therefore be used as a rapid firearm despite the use of recoil-resistant cartridge ammunition, which significantly expands its field of application.
- the semi-automatic firearm shown in FIG. 2 is a so-called gas pressure weapon, in which a compressed gas cartridge 40 is inserted in the grip part 11 of the frame 10.
- the projectiles to be fired are accommodated in a projectile magazine 48 above the barrel 15 and are fed to the insertion opening of the barrel 15 via a compression spring 49.
- a valve arrangement with the compression spring 44 and the valve plate 45 is arranged below the barrel 15.
- the valve plate 45 is actuated by the valve 20 via a valve rod 46, specifically when the valve 20 is released from its tensioned position.
- the valve arrangement gives the connection channel 41 a connection to the pressure chamber 47 free, in which therefore the pressurized gas can get out of the compressed gas cartridge 40.
- the pressurized gas from the pressure chamber 47 drives the projectile in the barrel 15 from the barrel 15.
- the shutter 30 of the chußwaffe S forms a wall of the pressure chamber 47, besides, also the shutter is moved towards the valve 30 30th
- the compression spring 44 closes the valve assembly again.
- the closure 30 sets the tap 20 in its tensioned position during its adjustment movement.
- the contact surfaces 22 and 33 of the cock 20 and the shot 30 are again designed as in the semi-automatic firearm according to FIG. 1.
- the triggering of Cock 20 from its clamping position is initiated via the trigger bracket 19, and the locking element 25 finally releases the sudden rotary movement of the cock 20 under the action of the spring 27.
- the breech 30 can be adjustably mounted as a small, light plastic or light metal part in a slide 35 in order to keep the weight that has to be adjusted when the shot is fired.
- the breech 30 is supported by a compression spring 36 the carriage 35, while the carriage 35 is supported in a known manner on the frame by means of a compression spring.
- the heavier carriage 35 only needs to be adjusted manually when the firearm is being loaded, while only the light breech 30 needs to be adjusted for the automatic reloading and cocking of the cock 20.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a semi-automatic firearm in which a cock under spring tension is triggered by means of a trigger device to fire a shot and the cock is automatically reset to its cocking position by means of an adjustable member.
Such a semi-automatic firearm is known from DE-AS - 10 41 390. Cartridge ammunition inserted into a magazine is fired. The adjustable link is actuated by the recoil when the cartridge ammunition is fired. As long as the cartridge ammunition has a sufficiently large caliber, the recoil is sufficient to adjust the adjustable member and thus to automatically cock the cock after the shot.
Cartridge ammunition is used for indoor firearms, which has only a weak charge, but is sufficient to carry the projectile into the relatively close target with sufficient accuracy. This disadvantage also applies to a firearm with a pressurized gas cartridge and a projectile magazine, in which gas under pressure can be introduced into a pressure chamber by means of a valve actuated by the tap, the projectile in the barrel can be ejected and a breech for tensioning the Hahnes is resettable. Here, too, the gas pressure is not sufficient to automatically cock the tap again via the closure.
There has been no lack of attempts to create a semi-automatic firearm for cartridge recoil with low recoil, as shown in DE-AS 10 72 516. This known semi-automatic firearm is provided with a drum magazine and to reset the striking mechanism, a manually wound spring must be provided as an energy store. This trigger mechanism is complicated in structure and therefore also prone to failure. In addition, it is not ensured that the spring used as an energy store is always sufficiently tensioned if cartridge ammunition is still contained in the drum magazine.
It is an object of the invention to provide a semi-automatic firearm of the type mentioned, in which, while maintaining a simple and automatically cockable tap, low-recoil cartridge ammunition can be fired or a small-caliber projectile can be expelled with gas under pressure, and can thus be used as a rapid-fire weapon can.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that the tap and the adjustable member rest against one another as point or line as possible from the axis of rotation of the tap and that the mutually facing contact surfaces of the tap and the adjustable member are designed so that at the return of the tap to the clamping position of the contact point or the contact line between the tap and the adjustable member approximately maintains the distance to the axis of rotation of the tap.
With this adjustment between the tap and the adjustable member returning the tap, even with weak recoil during the transfer a sufficiently large restoring moment to the valve so that its spring is tensioned again.
A continuous displacement of the contact point or the contact line between the tap and the adjustable member is achieved according to an advantageous embodiment in that the tap has a spherical or semi-cylindrical contact surface and that the contact surface of the adjustable member is so convexly curved in the manner of a quarter ellipse that the contact point or the contact line starts - when the tap is reset approximately from the end point of the large ellipse axis and adjusts in the direction of the small ellipse axis.
In order to keep the friction losses when moving the contact point or the contact line as small as possible, a further development provides that the dome-shaped or semi-cylindrical contact surface of the valve is formed by a ball or roller which is freely rotatable in the valve.
The same effect is achieved in a further embodiment in that the contact surfaces on the tap and the adjustable member are interchanged.
In the case of a semi-automatic firearm with magazine-fed cartridge ammunition, which is fired by means of a firing pin actuated by the tap, in which the firing pin is adjustable in a lock which can be adjusted by recoil and is supported therein by means of a return spring, the required shifting of the contact point or the line of action can be carried out Simply achieve that the firing pin protrudes from the end of the closure facing the tap and is designed there as an adjustable member with the contact surface for the tap.
In the case of a semi-automatic firearm with a compressed gas cartridge and a storey magazine, in which pressurized gas can be introduced into a pressure chamber by means of a valve that can be actuated by the tap, the projectile in the barrel can be driven out and a closure for tensioning the tap can be adjusted, the required shifting of the contact point or The contact line is achieved in that the closure itself is designed as an adjustable member with the contact surface for the valve at the end facing the valve. The automatic return of the valve to the clamping position can be improved by the fact that the closure forms a wall of the pressure chamber and that the area of this wall is larger than the cross section of the barrel.
In order to keep the weight of the adjustable member small, a further embodiment provides that the closure is guided on the inside and consists of plastic or light metal. The closure can be kept very small. The same purpose is also served by an embodiment which is characterized in that the closure is guided in an adjustable manner in a carriage mounted on the frame and that the closure is supported on the carriage by means of a compression spring and the carriage is supported on the frame by means of a compression spring.
- Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal section through a semi-automatic firearm with magazine cartridge ammunition and
- Fig. 2 shows a longitudinal section through a semi-automatic firearm with compressed gas cartridge and bullet magazine.
In the embodiment shown in Fig. 1 is a semi-automatic firearm with which can be fired magazine-weak recoil cartridge ammunition, in which a loading process is only required before the first shot to cock the cock and to insert the first cartridge ammunition into the barrel . This process can be carried out using means known per se. For this reason, the firearm according to the invention does not differ from the prior art. The
The semi-automatic firearm shown in FIG. 2 is a so-called gas pressure weapon, in which a compressed
With a
Also in this semi-automatic firearm, the breech 30 can be adjustably mounted as a small, light plastic or light metal part in a
In both exemplary embodiments, it is therefore advantageous to provide an internally guided small and
