If the heating of the film is limited so that the heat stored therein is sufficient only for the melting of the metal structures forming the undercuts, which are closely adjacent regions of the plastic body, then particularly rapid connections can be made within a few seconds.
- the advantages achieved in accordance with the invention are that, instead of procedurally difficult to secure adhesive conditions, two fusion welding processes that can be carried out simply and with proven technologies or, in the case of chemically curing plastics, a combination of fusion welding and subsequent casting or compression molding process are used.
