Abstract

A coaxial plug connector has a supporting body made of plastic material, there being retained therein at least one contact sleeve made of metal and provided with a terminal, the contact sleeve constituting an outer contact and embracing an insulating body having a central aperture in which an inner contact having a terminal is disposed. More specifically, the insulating body and supporting body are interconnected by at least one web so as to form an integral component, which component is manufactured by means of an injection molding operation in which the contact sleeve is simultaneously embedded in the component.

In Figur 1 ist als ein Ausführungsbeispiel eine Doppelbuchse mit zwei übereinanderliegenden Kontakthülsen dargestellt. Es ist jedoch auch denkbar, daß mehr als zwei Kontakthülsen übereinander angeordnet sind. Ferner besteht noch die Möglichkeit, mehrere derartige Tragkörper nebeneinander zu einer Leiste zusammenzufügen. Hierzu kann der Rand des Tragkörpers mit in den Figuren nicht dargestellten Nuten und Federn versehen sein, die eine ausgerichtete Aneinanderreihung ermöglichen. Das in Figur 1 dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel besitzt abgesetzte Ränder 21, die bei zwei dicht nebeneinanderliegenden Tragkörpern einander übergreifen. Die Verbindung selbst kann z.B. durch Kleben erfolgen. Claims (13)

Koaxiale Buchsensteckverbindung mit einem aus Kunststoff hergestellten Tragkörper, in dem mindestens eine aus Metall bestehende und einen Anschluß aufweisende Kontakthülse als Außenkontakt gehaltert ist, die ihrerseits einen Isolierkörpereinsatz umfaßt, in dessem zentralen Durchbruch ein einen Anschluß aufweisender Innenkontakt angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Isolierkörpereinsatz (3) und Tragkörper (1) durch mindestens einen Steg (6, 7, 7') einstückig miteinander verbunden und in einem Spritzvorgang hergestellt sind, wobei gleichzeitig die Kontakthülse (2) mit eingespritzt ist.
