Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Steuerung zur Abschaltung elektromotorisch angetriebener Farbdosierelemente von einem zentralen Fernsteuerpult aus, wobei die Farbdosierelemente mit einer Farbkastenwalze zusammenwirken. Ziel der Erfindung ist es, eine Einrichtung zu schaffen, mit der von einem Fernsteuerplatz aus die Farbdosierelemente auf einfache Weise so stillgelegt werden können, daß sie bei Gesamtverstellungen nicht mitbetätigt werden. Dieses gelingt erfindungsgemäß dadurch, daß für jedes Farbdosierelement je ein Befehlstaster "Weniger Druckfarbe" und "Mehr Druckfarbe", und für jedes Farbwerk je ein Befehlstaster "Formatwahl", "Gesamt - Weniger Druckfarbe" und "Gesamt - Mehr Druckfarbe" auf dem Fernsteuerpult vorgesehen sind. Bei jeder Aenderunq der Formatbreite muessen Farbzonen dazu- bzw. weqqeschaltet werden. Es ist naemlich zweckmaessiq, an den Bereichen der Breite des Farbkastens, die ueber die qerade zu bedruckende Formatbreite hinausraqen, die Farbe abzustellen, indem die betreffenden Farbdosierelemente an die Farbkastenwalze anaestellt werden. Nun tritt der Fall ein, dass alle Farbdosierelemente eines Farbkastens gemeinsam z. B. 10% mehr Farbe qeben muessen. Dies geschieht in der Regel durch entsprechend langes Betaetigen eines Tasters am Fernsteuerplatz, der das Kommando fuer saemtliche Antriebe der Farbdosierelemente gibt, die Farbspalte um einen gleichen Betrag zu oeffnen, also auch fuer die, welche wegen des kleinen Formats nicht gebraucht werden, und deren Oeffnen schaedlich ist. Aehnlich verhaelt es sich bei Mehrfarbenrotationsdruckmaschinen. Hier werden weqen der ungleichmaessiqen Farbverteilung ueber die gesamte Formatbreite nicht alle Farbdosierelemente aller Farbwerke benoetigt und daher so zur Farbkastenwalze einqestellt, dass der Farbspalt praktisch Null ist. Auch die Farbdosierelemente werden bei einer gemeinsamen Farbanhebung verstellt, so dass das Bedienunqspersonal die nicht benoetiqten Farbdosierelemente einzeln wieder auf "Farbe Null" stellen muss.It is known to control ink metering elements of inking units individually or together electrically from a remote control station. Jedem Farbdosierelement ist ein "+"-Taster (= "Mehr Druckfarbe") und ein "-"-Taster (= "Weniger Druckfarbe") zugeordnet. Ausserdem ist ein Taster "Formatwahl", und sind entsprechend der Anzahl der Farbwerke z. B. die Taster "Farbwerk 1", "Farbwerk 2", "Farbwerk 3", "Farbwerk 4", sowie ein Taster "Gesamt - Mehr Druckfarbe" (= "+"-Taster) und ein Taster "Gesamt - Weniger Druckfarbe" (= "-"-Taster) vorqesehen. Analog wird vorqeqanqen bei einer Anwahl eines Farbdosierelementes in Richtung "Weniger Farbe" durch Betaetiqung des entsprechenden "-"-Tasters. Soll von einer schmaeleren Formatbreite auf eine breitere umaestellt werden, so muessen die entsprechenden "+"-Taster gedrueckt werden. Die betroffenen Schrittmotoren brinqen ihre Farbdosierelemente in vorwaehlbare Stellungen zur Farbkastenwalze. Ist die Formatwahl abgeschlossen, so wird noch einmal z. B. der Taster "Formatwahl" gedrueckt. Damit ist die Formatwahl in den Microcomputer abgespeichert. Wird nun der Taster "Gesamt - Mehr Druckfarbe" (= "Gesamt- +") bzw.
