Claims (5)

1. Expansionskopf für ein Gerät zum Ausweiten oder Erweitern der Enden von Rohren, der in der Hauptsache ein Gehäuse (1) mit Verschiebungsmitteln (2-21) für einen Dorn (3) aufweist, dessen kegelförmiges Ende (3') schubwirkend in der entsprechenden Bohrung (53) einer Vielzahl von als durch ein elastisches Haltemittel (O) verbundene Sektoren gebildeten unabhängigen konzentrischen Backen (5) vorgesehen wird wobei das federnde Haltemittel in einer unterhalb des jedem der vorerwähnten Backen (5) gemeinsamen Bunds (55) vorgesehenen kreisförmigen Rille (54) positioniert ist, um den eigentlichen Expansionskopf zu bilden, dessen Bund (55) in der unterstützten Bohrung (43) einer am Ende des Gehäuses (1) befestigten Fassung (4) abgestützt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle die Haltemittel (O und A) der Backen (5) unterhalb ihres gemeinsamen Bunds (55) zum Ermöglichen einer weitgehenden Reihe von Abmessungen der Backen (5) mit derselben Fassung (4) angebracht sind, und dass das elastische jedoch zurückklappbare Haltemittel (A) der besagten Backen (5) hinsichtlich des Bodens der genannten Fassung (4) in einer Rille (57) der vorerwähnten Backen (5) bei abwechselndem Hinausragen aus dem äusserlichen Durchmesser des Expansionskopfs (T) zum achsialen Halten desselben in der Höhe in Kombination einerseits mit der Unterseite (44) der Fassung (4) und andererseits mit dem auf dem Innenaufsatz (43) abgestützten entgegengesetzten Bund (55) der besagten Fassung (4) zentriert und positioniert wird.

Expansionsknopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Haltemittel (O) der Backen (5) eine kreisförmige geöffnete Feder (6) mit am wenigstens einer ebenen Stützfläche (61) ist, die zum Erreichen einer Abstützung gemäss einer eine Lagefläche bildenden Umfangsfläche mit dem entsprechenden Boden (56) der Rille (54) zusammenwirkt, um die Selbstzentrierung und die beständige Positionierung in der Höhe der besagten Backen (5) bei Vermeide für dieselben einer Gleichgewichtstörung in allen Richtungen, insbesondere bei dem Zusammenbau, zu gestatten.

Expansionskopf nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zurückklappbare federnde Haltemittel (A) der Backen (5) in bezug auf die Fassung (4) eine geöffnete fünfeckige Nadelfeder (7) ist, derer Seiten (71) in der Rille (57) zentriert und positioniert sind, wobei die vorspringenden Scheitelpunkte (72) dieser Feder aus dem äusserlichen Durchmesser der Fassung (4) bei Auflegen auf die Unterseite (44) der Fassung (4) hinausragen.

Expansionskopf nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder (6) bei (62) geöffnet ist und insbesondere die Einführung einer zum Auseinanderspreizen der besagten Feder in bezug auf den Satz-der Backen (5) für die Montierung oder die Abnahme dieser Feder geeigneten Zange gestattet.
5. Expansionskopf nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (56) der Rille (54) eben und parallel zu den Zeugenden des Gehäuses (1) des besagten Expansionskopfs ist.
