Claims (34)

1. Übungsgerät zum Gewichtheben, mit einer Vorrichtung zur automatischen Veränderung des bei der kontinuierlichen isotonischen Bewegung verschobenen Totgewichtes, bei dem die Vorrichtung folgende Teile aufweist:
a) ein Reservoir (12), das zur Aufnahme eines Flüssigkeitsvorrates in seinem unteren Teil eingerichtet ist und frei aufgestellt ist;
b) einen Behälter (14) mit einem Boden (38) und aufrechten Seitenwandungen (30) zur Aufnahme von Flüssigkeit, wobei sich der Behälter innerhalb des Reservoirs (12) befindet,
c) Mittel (16) zur vertikalen Bewegung des Behälters von dem unteren Bereich des Reservoirs in eine Stellung ausserhalb des unteren Bereiches während der Körperübung,
d) Ventile (36) im Behälter zur Steuerung des Flüssigkeitseinlasses vom Reservoir (12) in den Behälter, wenn letzterer sich im unteren Bereich des Reservoirs befindet, wobei das Gewicht des Behälters ansteigt;
e) Mittel (42) zum Ablassen von Flüssigkeit aus dem Behälter mit geregelter Geschwindigkeit zwecks Verminderung des Behältergewichtes, wenn sich der Behälter nicht im unteren Bereich des Reservoirs befindet; wobei die letztgenannten Mittel während sämtlicher Bewegungen des Behälters ausserhalb des unteren Bereiches des Reservoirs offen bleiben.
2. Übungsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Reservoir (12) ein senkrechtes Rohr darstellt, dessen unterer Bereich im Gebrauch den Flüssigkeitsvorrat enthält und dessen oberer Bereich den Behälter zwecks vertikaler Bewegung im Rohr aufnimmt, und der im Gebrauch praktisch frei von Flüssigkeitsvorrat ist.
3. Übungsgerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Behälter am oberen Ende seines vertikalen Arbeitsweges vollständig oberhalb des unteren Bereiches des Reservoirs befindet, und dass die genannten Mittel zum Entfernen von Flüssigkeit aus einer Mehrzahl vertikal im Abstand angeordneter Öffnungen (42) in der Seitenwandung des Behälters (14) bestehen, wodurch beim Gebrauch die Flüssigkeit infolge ihrer Schwerkraft in das Reservoir (12) abgegeben wird, und zwar mit einer Geschwindigkeit, die durch das Volumen der Flüssigkeit im Behälter und durch die Grösse und gegenseitige Anordnung der Öffnungen bestimmt wird.
4. Übungsgerät nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Aufhängen des Behälters aus einem biegsamen langgestruckten Organ (16) bestehen, das am Behälter (14) angebracht ist und einen Bereich aufweist, der vom Behälter nach oben über das Oberteil des genannten Reservoirs und dann ausserhalb des Reservoirs nach unten läuft; und einem Gegengewicht (46), das am äusseren Bereich des langgestreckten Organs angebracht ist und das Gewicht des Behälters ausgleicht.
5. Übungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufhängevorrichtung für den Behälter weiterhin Seilrollen (24, 26) aufweist, die in der Nähe des oberen Endes des Reservoirs zur Führung des länglichen Organs angebracht sind.
6. Übungsgerät nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es weiterhin Führungsorgane (32) aussen am Behälter (14) zur Aufrechterhaltung eines vorbestimmten Abstandes zwischen dem Äusseren des Behälters und den Innenwandungen des Reservoirs aufweist.
7. Übungsgerät nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsorgane Rollen (32) sind, die in einer senkrechten Ebene gegen die Innenwandungen des Reservoirs drehbar angebracht sind.
8. Übungsgerät nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ventile zur Zufuhr von Flüssigkeit aus einer Öffnung (39) im Behälter unterhalb dessen oberem Ende bestehen.
9. Übungsgerät nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es weiterhin Mittel (36) zum Öffnen der genannten Öffnung (39) des Ventils unter dem Einfluss eines grösseren Flüssigkeitsdruckes asserhalb des Behälters im Vergleich zu dessen Innerem und zum Verschliessen der Öffnung unter dem Einfluss eines grösseren Flüssigkeitsdruckes innerhalb des Behälters im Vergleich zu dessem Äusseren enthält; und dass das Reservoir (12) so ausgebildet ist, dass es den Behälter mindestens bis zur Lage der genannten Öffnung (19) im unteren Teil des Behälters aufnehmen kann, damit im Gebrauch die Flüssigkeit durch die Öffnung hindurchtreten kann.
10. Übungsgerät nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es weiterhin folgende Teile enthält:
(a) einen Hebel (60) mit einem Trägerorgan (62), welches den Hebel an einer Stelle zwischen dessen erstem und zweitem Ende schwenkbar trägt und dessen Schwenkbewegung erlaubt, wobei sich die Enden jeweils in entgegengesetzter Richtung bewegen;
(b) ein langgestrecktes Zugorgan (16), dessen eines Ende am genannten Behälter angebracht ist, von da aus nach oben und über Rollen am ersten Hebelende und von dort aus nach unten und dann zum anderen Ende geht, an dem der Übende einen Zug ausüben kann, wobei das Zugorgan (16) die Zugkräfte zum Heben des Behälters an diesen überträgt, während sich das erste Ende des Hebels nach unten verschwenkt;
(c) zwei auseinander schwenkbare Arme (66) mit Handgriffen (70);
(d) Verbindungsglieder (64) zwischen dem genannten zweiten Ende des Hebels und mindestens einem der genannten Arme (66), wobei die Handgriffe (70) des genannten mindestens einen Armes unter dem Einfluss der nach unten gerichteten Schwenkbewegung des ersten Endes des Hebels und der entsprechenden Aufwärtsbewegung des zweiten Hebelendes nach aussen gedrückt werden.
11. Übungsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ventil eine Pumpe (108) aufweist, die mit dem Inneren des genannten Behälters kommuniziert, und weiterhin eine Betätigungsvorrichtung (112) enthält, die für den Übenden bestimmt ist und mit dem die Pumpe eingeschaltet werden kann.
12. Übungsgerät nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel, welche ein Ablassen der Flüssigkeit aus dem Behälter erlauben, aus einer Öffnung (122) im Behälter unterhalb dessen oberem Ende bestehen.
13. Übungsgerät nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es weiterhin eine langgestreckte, biegsame Leitung aufweist, die die genannte Öffnung (122) und die genannte Pumpe (108) zur Überführung von Flüssigkeit von der Pumpe in den Behälter an beliebigen Stellen des Behälters innerhalb des Reservoirs verbindet; und dass die Pumpe eine solche ist, die einen Rückfluss von Flüssigkeit gestattet, wenn sie nicht eingeschaltet ist.
14. Übungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungsmittel der Pumpe ein Schalter (112) ist der mit der Pumpe im Abstand verbunden ist.
15. Gewichtheber-Übungsgerät, mit einer Vorrichtung zur automatischen Änderung des Totgewichtes, das bei einer kontinuierlichen isotonischen Bewegung verschoben werden muss, zur Verwendung in Verbindung mit einer Flüssigkeitsquelle, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung folgende Teile aufweist:
(a) einen Behälter (104) mit einer Kammer zur Aufnahme von Flüssigkeit;
(b) einen Rahmen (102, 142), in dem der Behälter aufgehängt ist und eine Vertikalbewegung gegenüber dem Rahmen ausführen kann;
(c) eine Pumpe (108) zur überführung von Flüssigkeitsvorrat in die Flüssigkeitsaufnahmekammer des Behälters (104) zwecks Erhöhung des Behältergewichtes;
(d) Mittel (122) zur Gewährleistung eines Flüssigkeitsabflusses aus dem Behälter mit geregelter Geschwindigkeit zwecks Verminderung des Behältergewichtes;
(e) Betätigungsmittel (112) für die genannte Pumpe zwecks wählbarer Überführung von Flüssigkeit in den Behälter.
16. Übungsgerät nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es weiterhin eine flexible, langgestreckte Leitung (110) zwischen der Pumpe (108) und dem Behälter (104) zur Überführung von Flüssigkeit in den Behälter aufweist, welche der Vertikalbewegung des Behälters gegenüber dem Rahmen folgen kann.
17. Übungsgerät nach Anspruch 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungsmittel aus einem Schalter (112) bestehen, der von der genannten Pumpe entfernt ist und vom Übenden mit der Hand erfasst werden kann.
18. Übungsgerät nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pumpe (108) eine solche ist, die einen Rückfluss von Flüssigkeit erlaubt, wenn sie nicht eingeschaltet ist, und dass die Abgabeorgane eine Leitung aufweisen, die sich zwischen der Pumpe (108) und dem Behälter (104) erstreckt, wobei die Leitung ebenfalls Flüssigkeit in den Behälter bringt, wenn die Pumpe in Tätigkeit ist.
19. Übungsgerät nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flüssigkeitsquelle ein Behälter (106) ist, der mit der Pumpe (108) verbunden ist.
20. Übungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (142) folgende Teile aufweist:
(a) ein Untergestell (146, 150), welches den Rahmen in praktisch aufrechter Stellung trägt; und
(b) einen Überbau (152, 154), der sich oberhalb des Untergestells erstreckt und mit letzterem so verbunden ist, dass eine Schwenkbewegung um eine praktisch horizontale Achse möglich ist.
21. Übungsgerät nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es weiterhin folgende Teile enthält: zwei ausbreitend schwenkbar Arme (202), deren eines Ende der Übende bei seiner Übung erfassen kann und die entfernt vom genannten ersten Ende mit dem Rahmen für eine Schwenkbewegung um eine praktisch vertikale Achse verbunden sind; und Mittel (212) zur Verbindung mindestens eines der genannten Arme mit dem Überbau (152, 154) zum Neigen des Überbaus als Ergebnis einer Schwenkbewegung des Armes (202).
22. Übungsgerät nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsglieder eine Verbindung (212) mit einem Schwenkglied (214) an seiner Verbindungsstelle sowohl mit dem Arm als auch mit dem Überbau aufweisen.
23. Übungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Überstruktur mindestens zwei praktisch vertikal stehende Teile (152, 156) aufweist, und dass der genannte Behälter mindestens einen Behälterführungsarm (158) besitzt, der mindestens eines der genannten vertikalen Teile umfasst und zur Führung des Behälters bei der Übungsbewegung ausgebildet ist.
24. Übungsgerät nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eines der beiden vertikalen Teile (152, 156) ein aufrechtstehendes Teil (152) ist, das mit dem Untergestell (146,150) an seinem unteren Ende verbunden ist, und dass das zweite vertikale Teil mit einer Führungsschiene (156) für den Behälter ausgerüstet ist, die sich parallel und im Abstand zum aufrechtstehenden Teil (152) über mindestens einen Teil der Länge der Führungsschiene enstreckt.
25. Übungsgerät nach Anspruch 23 oder 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Führungsarm (158) des Behälters beide vertikalen Teile (152, 156) umfasst.
26. Übungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 21 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte Überbau (152, 154) ein aufrechtstehendes Teil (152), welches am unteren Ende mit dem Untergestell verbunden ist, und eine obere Stange (154) aufweist, die mit dem oberen Ende des aufrechtstehenden Teiles verbunden ist und sich im wesentlichen seitlich von diesem und über einen Teil des Untergestelles erstreckt; und das Unterteil (146, 150) einen Bügel (146) besitzt, der mindestens unter einem Bereich der oberen Stange liegt, sowie einen Trägerarm (162) für die obere Stange, der mit dem Bügel (146) verbunden ist und die obere Stange vertikal an einer Stelle abstützt, die von der Verbindungsstelle der oberen Stange mit dem aufrechtstehenden Teil entfernt ist; und dass schliesslich ein Behälterträger (16) vorhanden ist, an dem der Behälter über die obere Stange aufgehängt ist, und zwar an einer Stelle, die zwischen dem aufrechtstehenden Teil und dem Trägerarm der oberen Stange liegt.
27. Übungsgerät nach Anspruch 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Trägerarm (162) der oberen Stange an seinem oberen Ende Stützelemente (164) aufweist, auf die die genannte obere Stange zum Aufliegen kommt, wobei ein Anschlag auf den Trägerarm von oben zustande kommt und die obere Stange von diesem Anschlag abgehoben werden kann.
28. Übungsgerät nach Anspruch 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützelemente aus einem Sattel (164) bestehen.
29. Übungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es weiterhin eine Aufhängung aufweist, mit der der Behälter mit dem Rahmen verbunden ist und eine Vertikalbewegung ausüben kann, deren mechanische Übersetzung grösser als 1:1 ist.
30. Übungsgerät nach Anspruch 29, dadurch gekennzeichet, dass die Aufhängung ein langgestrecktes biegsames Tragelement (16) mit einem freien Ende und einem am Rahmen befestigten festen Ende (170) und mindestens einer Schleife zwischen beiden Enden ist, welche den Behälter (144) trägt, sowie Mittel (176, 178) zur lösbaren Befestigung eines Bereiches der Schleife am Behälter aufweist, derart, dass beim Lösen der Befestigung der Behälter vertikal mit einer mechanischen Übersetzung von mehr als 1:1 durch die Bewegung des freien Endes des Trägerorgans bewegt wird.
31. Übungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 15 und 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es weiterhin folgende Teile aufweist:
(a) zwei Arme (202) mit ersten Enden, die von einem Überden erfasst werden können, und zweiten Enden, die mit dem Rahmen verbunden sind, wobei die Arme (202) sich praktisch horizontal vom Rahmen aus erstrecken und in etwa nach oben gerichteten ersten Enden auslaufen;
(b) Kissen (208) an den aufrechtstehenden ersten Enden zur Aufnahme des Schulterdruckes eines Übenden;
(c) gestreckte biegsame Tragorgane (16, 16'), die an einem ihrer Enden mit dem Behälter verbunden sind und ihn senkrecht gegenüber dem Rahmen bewegen, und die eine mit dem Fuss zu betätigende Verbindung an ihren zweiten Enden aufweisen; und
(d) Führungsmittel (172, 174, 184) zum Tragen und Führen der Tragorgane bei Beinstreck- übungen durch den Übenden, dessen Schultern mit Druck an den genannten Kissen ruhen und der die Fussverbindung mit mindestens einem Fuss betätigt.
32. Übungsgerät nach Anspruch 31, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kissen (208) sich exzentrisch von den nach oben gerichteten ersten Enden der Arme erstrecken, und dass weiterhin Mittel (210) zum Schwenken der Kissen um die ersten Enden vorgesehen sind.
33. Übungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 32, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es weiterhin folgende Teile aufweist:
(a) zwei im wesentlichen entgegengesetzt gerichtete Arme (188), die mit dem Rahmen (142) in der Nähe von dessen oberem Ende verbunden sind und zur Betätigung durch einen Übenden vorgesehen sind, der darunter steht;
(b) gestreckte biegsame Trageorgane (16, 196), die mit ihrem einen Ende mit dem Behälter (144) verbunden sind und ihn gegenüber dem Rahmen (142) vertikal bewegen können, und die an ihren anderen Enden mit Handgriffen (194) versehen sind, wobei jeweils ein Handgriff sich in der Nähe eines der genannten Arme befindet, und
(c) Führungsmittel (190, 192) die die Tragorgane bei Übungen führen, bei denen die Handgriffe durch den Übenden von einander gegenüberliegenden Stellen her gegeneinander und nach unten gezogen werden.
34. Übungsgerät nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (122) zur Abführung der Flüssigkeit Mittel sind, die einen wählbaren Abfluss von Flüssigkeit aus dem Behälter gestatten.
