Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zum Einbringen eines flexiblen Anfahrstranges in eine Stranggießanlage, insbesondere Stahlbrammen-Stranggießanlage, mit einem eine Gleit- oder Rollenbahn aufweisenden Transportwagen, mit . dem der Anfahrstrang zu einem Einlaufteil der eStranggießanlage transportierbar ist, wobei der Transportwagen eine Fördereinrichtung für den Anfahrstrang trägt und die Gleit- oder Rollenbahn einen bogenförmigen Endteil aufweist, an dem eine den Anfahrstrang an gegenüberliegenden Seiten, vorteilhaft bogenaußen- und -innenseitig stützende Führungseinrichtung vorgesehen ist.The invention relates to a device for introducing a flexible starting strand into a continuous casting installation, in particular a steel slab continuous casting installation, with a transport carriage having a slide or roller conveyor. which the start-up line can be transported to an inlet part of the e-continuous casting system, the transport carriage carrying a conveying device for the start-up line and the slide or roller track having an arcuate end part on which a guide device is provided which supports the start-up line on opposite sides, advantageously on the outside and inside of the arch .
Ein Transportwagen der eingangs beschriebenen Art ist beispielsweise aus der DE-OS 22 21 187 bekannt. Mit diesen bekannten Transportwagen wird der Anfahrstrang bis über die Kokille verfahren, mittels am Transportwagen befindlicher Fördereinrichtungen in die Kokille eingefädelt und sodann durch die Kokille hindurch in die darunter befindliche Strangführung abgesenkt. Bei diesem Vorgang stellt das Einfädeln in die Kokille ein besonderes Problem dar, da es nicht bzw. nur mit sehr hohem Aufwand möglich ist, den Transportwagen genau in die « Einfädelposition » zu verfahren. Transportwagen der eingangs beschriebenen Art weisen, selbst wenn nur ein kurzer Anfahrstrang verwendet wird, ein Gewicht von mehr als 50 t auf, wozu noch das Gewicht des Anfahrstranges selbst kommt. Das Abbremsen einer derartigen großen Masse gelingt nicht mit der erforderlichen Präzision - hier kommt es auf mm an -, sodaß man bisher gezwungen war, den Wagen nach dem Abbremsen bei der Kokille noch hin bzw. her zu verschieben, bis das in die Kokille einzufädelnde Ende des Anfahrstranges tatsächlich genau über der Kokille zu liegen kommt. Dieses « Nachzentrieren » nach erfolgtem Abbremsen des Wagens erfordert nicht nur Zeit, sondern auch Geschicklichkeit, da dabei ebenfalls das Gesamtgewicht des Transportwagens mit dem Anfahrstrang zu bewegen ist.A trolley of the type described above is known for example from DE-OS 22 21 187. Zum Schwenken des Hebels dient ein weiterer am Rahmen 16 angelenkter Druckmittelzylinder 23. Am vorderen Ende des Rahmens sind oberhalb der beiden Rollen und zwischen den beiden Rollen Blechplatten 24 vorgesehen. Sodann wird durch Betätigung des Druckmittelzylinders 15 der Rahmen 16 so weit verschoben, bis die Anschlagrollen 19 genau fluchtend oberhalb der ihnen zugeordneten Kokillenseitenwand 28 in Stellung gebracht sind. Sodann kann der Anfahrstrang 7 mittels der Treibrollen 12 in die Kokille eingefädelt und weiter abgesenkt werden. Während des Absenkens sind sowohl der Wagen 1 als auch die Führungseinrichtung 13 in ihrer Stellung fixiert.
