Abstract

Dispositif d'articles de nouveaute et procede pour sa realisation. Le dispositif d'articles de nouveaute comprend un article de confiserie (14), telle que de la gomme a macher, emballee dans une poche ou enveloppe de stockage (40) qui est faconne et illustre de facon a ressembler a un album de disques format miniature. Une pochette interne de protection (28) composee d'un materiau relativement leger se glisse a l'interieur de la pochette externe rigide (40) et peut comporter des instructions concernant une pluralite de groupes de dispositifs d'articles de nouveaute. Un article tel qu'un article alimentaire ou de la gomme a macher en forme de disque circulaire ou disque phonographique (14) est glisse a l'interieur de la pochette de protection (28) et cette derniere est ensuite glissee dans la pochette rigide externe (40). L'article comprend une ouverture (18) dans le centre, une pluralite de sillons (16) sur chaque cote et une zone lisse et plane (20) entre le dernier sillon a l'interieur et l'ouverture. De preference une zone (22) lisse externe peripherique est aussi prevue ainsi que des instructions sur la zone plane interne concernant les inscriptions sur les pochettes. Le procede comprend les etapes de formage de l'article alimentaire (14), tel que de la gomme a macher, en forme de disque avec les caracteristiques representatives d'un disque phonographique le formage des pochettes internes et externes (28 et 40) et l'assemblage de l'emballage. De preference, le produit final est enveloppe dans une feuille d'emballage transparente du type cellophane pour conserver la fraicheur de l'article alimentaire.
