Abstract
Dieser Spulenkörper ist nach dem Baukastenprinzip aufgebaut und läßt sich durch bloßes Ineinanderstecken von Einzelelementen zusammenfügen. Seine Größe ist sowohl in axialer Richtung als auch in den durch die Form des Steckrahmens (8, 9) vorgegebenen Schenkelrichtungen veränderbar. In verschiedenen Längenabstufungen ist eine Mehrzahl von Sätzen untereinander gleich langer Steckverbindungselemente in Form von Profilstäben (10) und Distanzstäben (12) einerseits und von die Schenkelabschnitte (8g, 9g) miteinander verbindenden Leisten (15) andererseits verfügbar. Selbst wenn sich die innerhalb eines bestimmten Abmessungsbereiches liegenden Spulen nur in einer einzigen Dimension, also nur in der Länge oder Breite oder Höhe, voneinander unterscheiden, muß für jede dieser Spulen ein besonderer Spulenkörper bereitgestellt werden. Derartige Spulenkörper lassen sich nur im Preß- oder Spritzgußverfahren herstellen, so daß für jede Spulenkörpergröße eine eigene Form angefertigt werden muß, wozu ein beträchtlicher wirtschaftlicher Aufwand erforderlich ist. Außerdem muß im Hinblick auf den innerhalb eines bestimmten Zeitabschnittes zu erwartenden Verbrauch aller lieferbaren Spulenkörpergrößen, also unabhängig von dem dann tatsächlich eintretenden Verbrauch in den einzelnen Größen, das reichhaltige Sortiment an Spulenkörpern in lückenloser Vollständigkeit sowohl seitens der Hersteller als auch seitens der Abnehmer auf Lager gehalten werden. Die Distanzstäbe 12 lassen zwischen der inneren Wicklung 13 und der äußeren Wicklung 14 einen luftisolierten zylinderringförmigen Zwischenraum, einen sogenannten Kamin, entstehen, der von außen an beiden Stirnseiten des Spulenkörpers 7 durch trapezförmige Fenster 19 zugänglich ist, die an der Außenseite des Steckrahmens 8, 9 jeweils zwischen zwei nach außen gerichteten Flanschen 8b, 9b und der äußeren Wicklung 14 gebildet werden. Durch diese Fenster 19 kann die von den stromdurchflossenen Wicklungen 13, 14 erzeugte Warmluft austreten und Kaltluft von außen in den zylinderringförmigen Zwischenraum nachströmen. Erfindungsgemäß sind zwischen den rinnenförmigen Ausnehmungen 12a der Distanzstäbe 12 und den jeweils angrenzenden Wicklungen 13 bzw. 14 noch weitere Lüftungskanäle gebildet, mit denen stirnseitig die in den Flanschen 8b, 9b befindlichen Schlitze 11 fluchten.The
Für den Fall, daß der Spulenkörper nur in axialer Richtung längenveränderbar zu sein braucht, damit beispielsweise mehrere Spulen nebeneinander angeordnet werden können, kann erfindungsgemäß auch ein geschlossener Steckrahmen 8, 9 gemäß Fig. 1 und 3 verwendet werden. Bei dieser Ausführung sind die Schenkel 8c, 9c sowohl an den nach innen weisenden Seiten jedes einzelnen Steckrahmens 8, 9 mit U-förmigen Ausnehmungen 8d, 9d als auch an'den gegenseitig zugekehrten Seiten der beiden zugeordneten Steckrahmen 8, 9 mit U-förmigen Ausnehmungen 8e, 9e versehen. Auch diese Ausnehmungen begünstigen eine wirkungsvolle Luftzirkulation zum Abführen der entstehenden Wärme. Der erfindungsgemäße Spulenkörper ist freilich nicht auf eine viereckige Querschnittsform beschränkt, wenngleich diese am gebräuchlichsten sein dürfte.
