Description

  • La présente invention concerne des instruments à écriture, tels que stylographes et portemines, comportant un capuchon muni d'une agrafe, et concerne plus particulièrement des moyens de fixation du fond du capuchon sur ce dernier.
  • Sur la plupart des instruments à écrire pourvus d'un capuchon GB-A-420.164, US-A-3.323.494, US-A-1.838.747, le fond de ce dernier est constitué d'une pièce rapportée, généralement vissée sur le corps du capuchon. Une telle disposition permet de simplifier la fabrication de celui-ci en rendant possible par exemple l'utilisation de tubes profilés. Du fait de sa meilleure accessibilité, cette disposition favorise en outre l'entretien du mécanisme interne au capuchon.
  • On a cependant constaté qu'au bout d'un certain temps d'utilisation, les fonds de capuchon montés de cette façon avaient tendance à se dévisser. Cet inconvénient est d'autant plus grave que, la plupart du temps, un tel fond assure également le maintien de l'agrafe de l'instrument à écrire.
  • Pour éviter tout dévissage accidentel, on a proposé d'intercaler entre le capuchon et le fond, une rondelle frein du genre rondelle « GROWER ». Cependant, compte tenu du caractère peu esthétique de ce moyen d'immobilisation, on ne peut l'utiliser que sur des instruments à écrire dits « bon marché ».
  • La présente invention a pour but de remédier aux inconvénients précités en proposant un moyen de fixation du fond de capuchon d'un instrument à écrire ne faisant appel extérieurement à aucun dispositif supplémentaire de fixation.
  • A cet effet, la présente invention a pour objet un instrument à écrire du type comportant un capuchon muni d'une agrafe, ledit capuchon étant constitué principalement de deux éléments, un corps de capuchon et un fond, le fond étant vissé sur le corps du capuchon, ladite agrafe étant fixée de façon amovible sur l'un des deux dits éléments, et son talon s'encastrant dans une encoche prévue dans l'autre élément.
  • Ainsi dans les instruments à écrire suivant l'invention, la liaison en rotation du fond et du capuchon est assurée par le talon de l'agrafe. Cette liaison en rotation assure la complète soli- darisation du fond et du capuchon, puisque dans les instruments à écrire concernés l'immobilisation en translation du fond est tributaire de son immobilisation en rotation, c'est-à-dire que pour immobiliser le fond en translation il faut et il suffit de l'immobiliser en rotation. Tel est le cas par exemple lorsque le fond est vissé sur le capuchon, ou lorsqu'il est disposé sur lui à l'aide d'un système à baïonnette.
  • Deux exemples de mise en oeuvre de l'invention sont décrits ci-après en référence aux dessins annexés :
    • La figure 1 est une coupe partielle d'un instrument à écrire suivant l'invention ;
    • La figure 2 est une coupe radiale selon la ligne II-II de la figure 1 ;
    • La figure 3 est une vue éclatée en perspective du capuchon, du fond et de l'agrafe ;
    • La figure 4 est une vue en coupe d'un autre mode de réalisation de l'invention ; et
    • La figure 5 est une vue en coupe suivant la ligne V-V de la figure 4.
  • Sur les figures 1 à 3 le capuchon est constitué d'un tube 1 pourvu à l'une de ses extrémités 3 d'un filetage interne 5. Un fond 7 constitué d'un bouchon fileté est vissé dans le filetage 5. Une agrafe 9 pourvue d'un talon 11 est encastrée à la fois dans une rainure 13 de la partie supérieure du fond 7, et dans une encoche 15 du bord supérieur du capuchon 1. Le talon 11 est fixé sur le fond 7 par une vis 17, avec interposition d'une rondelle frein 19.
  • Dans ces conditions, le fond 7 étant vissé sur le corps 1, son immobilisation en translation est tributaire de son immobilisation en rotation. En effet, le fond 7 ne sera immobilisé en translation qu'à partir du moment où on ne pourra plus le visser ou le dévisser, c'est-à-dire dès que son immobilisation en rotation sera réalisée. Cette dernière est assurée par le talon de l'agrafe puisque celui-ci est à la fois fixé sur le fond 7 et encastré dans l'encoche 15 du capuchon 1.
  • Il est bien évident que sans sortir du cadre de l'invention on pourrait modifier certains détails de réalisation ou leur agencement en vue d'obtenir le même résultat.
  • On pourrait ainsi, comme montré sur les figures 4 et 5, solidariser l'agrafe 20 et le capuchon 22 à l'aide d'une vis 24, et assurer la liaison en rotation de l'agrafe avec le fond 26 en encastrant le talon 21 de l'agrafe 20 dans une cavité 28 de ce dernier.
  • On pourrait également fixer le fond sur le capuchon par tout autre moyen que le vissage dans lequel l'immobilisation en translation du capuchon serait tributaire de son immobilisation en rotation. On pourrait ainsi fixer le fond sur le capuchon à l'aide d'un système à baïonnette.

Claims (3)

1. Instrument à écrire du type comportant un capuchon muni d'une agrafe, ledit capuchon étant constitué principalement de deux éléments, un corps de capuchon et un fond, le fond (7 ; 26) étant vissé dans le corps de capuchon (1 ; 22), caractérisé en ce que ladite agrafe (9 ; 20) est fixée de façon amovible sur l'un des deux dits éléments, son talon (11 ; 21) s'encastrant dans une encoche (15, 28) prévue dans l'autre élément.
2. Instrument à écrire suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'agrafe (9) est fixée sur le fond (7) par une vis (17), le talon (11) de ladite agrafe étant encastré à la fois dans une rainure (13) du fond et dans une encoche (15) du corps du capuchon.
3. Instrument à écrire suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'agrafe (20) est fixée sur le corps du capuchon (22) par une vis (24), le talon (21) de ladite agrafe étant encastré dans une cavité (28) du fond.
