Definitions
- the invention relates to a centrifugal wheel for abrasive systems with a guide pulley wheel and with throwing vanes fastened to the guide pulley wheel with the aid of tensioning elements as detents, the front and rear sides of which are identical, symmetrical to their longitudinal axis and to a transverse axis running perpendicular to the longitudinal axis in the blade plane , and have the recesses for receiving the clamping elements.
- each throwing blade is mirror-symmetrical to two mutually perpendicular axes. Since each throwing blade in one of these axes, namely in the transverse axis, also has recesses for receiving the locking device on the guide disc wheel, the throwing blades can be used four times: each throwing blade can be rotated by 180 ° both about its longitudinal axis and about its transverse axis and can be inserted in the guide disc wheel in each of these positions. The centrifugal wheel can be moved in both directions. Due to the symmetry about the transverse axis, the guide pulley wheel allows the wheel body with the blades to be rotated by 180 ° with the possibility of right and left rotation.
- Throwing blades designed in this way can be optimally used. The maximum possible downtimes can be achieved with them.
- the principle described presupposes throwing blades of a certain dimension, in particular a certain length, for a guide disk wheel of a certain dimension. If a different discharge diameter is required for the blasting material, ie longer or shorter blades are necessary or desirable, adapted guide pulley wheels are required while maintaining the principle mentioned.
- the invention has for its object to provide a centrifugal wheel in which, while maintaining the full symmetry and thus the possibility of four times the use of each throwing blade, one and the same guide disc wheel can be equipped with throwing blades of different lengths.
- This object is achieved according to the invention in that in each throwing blade the recesses are arranged in mirror image pairs at a distance from the transverse axis.
- throwing blades of different lengths can be used in one and the same guide disc wheel: the "normal length” is obtained when the recesses for receiving the tensioning elements lie in the transverse axis of symmetry.
- shorter and longer throwing blades according to the invention have the recesses in pairs in mirror image.
- the shorter and longer throwing blades are used in the guide disc wheel as well as the throwing blades with "normal length”. Because of the fixed clamping elements on the one hand and the closure with the inner diameter of the guide disc wheel on the other hand, shorter and longer throwing blades require recesses for receiving the clamping elements at a distance from their front edge, which is equal to the distance of the clamping elements from the inner diameter of the pulley wheel.
- the further recesses are provided with the transverse axis as a mirror plane.
- the further recesses lie on the facing side of the clamping elements in the case of shorter blades and on the opposite side of the clamping elements in the case of longer blades.
- a centrifugal wheel should be able to be operated with discharge diameters of 560 mm, 450 mm and 340 mm.
- blades with a length of 160 mm are used for the average discharge diameter, which have the recesses for receiving the tensioning elements in the transverse symmetry axis.
- blades with a length of 105 mm / 215 mm are used, which have recesses on both sides of the symmetry transverse axis at a distance of 27.5 mm for receiving the clamping elements.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a centrifugal wheel for abrasive systems with a guide pulley wheel and with throwing vanes fastened to the guide pulley wheel with the aid of tensioning elements as detents, the front and rear sides of which are identical, symmetrical to their longitudinal axis and to a transverse axis running perpendicular to the longitudinal axis in the blade plane , and have the recesses for receiving the clamping elements.
In the centrifugal wheel described in EU-OS 79 100 943, each throwing blade is mirror-symmetrical to two mutually perpendicular axes. The same effect is achieved by implementing the clamping elements for the locking on each side of the throwing vanes for two directions of rotation of the centrifugal wheel. Throwing blades designed in this way can be optimally used. The maximum possible downtimes can be achieved with them. The principle described presupposes throwing blades of a certain dimension, in particular a certain length, for a guide disk wheel of a certain dimension. If a different discharge diameter is required for the blasting material, ie longer or shorter blades are necessary or desirable, adapted guide pulley wheels are required while maintaining the principle mentioned.
The invention has for its object to provide a centrifugal wheel in which, while maintaining the full symmetry and thus the possibility of four times the use of each throwing blade, one and the same guide disc wheel can be equipped with throwing blades of different lengths. This object is achieved according to the invention in that in each throwing blade the recesses are arranged in mirror image pairs at a distance from the transverse axis.
In the invention, throwing blades of different lengths can be used in one and the same guide disc wheel: the "normal length" is obtained when the recesses for receiving the tensioning elements lie in the transverse axis of symmetry. In relation to this transverse axis of symmetry, shorter and longer throwing blades according to the invention have the recesses in pairs in mirror image. The shorter and longer throwing blades are used in the guide disc wheel as well as the throwing blades with "normal length". The fourfold usability results from the fact that the further recesses are provided with the transverse axis as a mirror plane. After installation in the guide pulley wheel, the further recesses, based on the inner diameter of the guide pulley wheel, lie on the facing side of the clamping elements in the case of shorter blades and on the opposite side of the clamping elements in the case of longer blades.
A numerical example should clarify the above-mentioned explanations: A centrifugal wheel should be able to be operated with discharge diameters of 560 mm, 450 mm and 340 mm. With an inner diameter of the guide disc wheel of 130 mm, blades with a length of 160 mm are used for the average discharge diameter, which have the recesses for receiving the tensioning elements in the transverse symmetry axis. For the smaller / larger discharge diameter, blades with a length of 105 mm / 215 mm are used, which have recesses on both sides of the symmetry transverse axis at a distance of 27.5 mm for receiving the clamping elements.
- Fig. 1 die Ansicht einer kurzen Wurfschaufel;
- Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt durch die Wurfschaufel entlang der Schnittlinie II-II in Fig. 1;
- 1 shows the view of a short throwing blade;
- 2 shows a cross section through the throwing blade along the section line II-II in Fig. 1.
- 3 shows a longitudinal section through the throwing blade along section line III-III in FIG. 1.
The
If the throwing shovel is a long throwing shovel, the following applies: in the case of a long throwing shovel with the right end face in FIG. 1 inserted into the guide disc wheel, the tensioning elements engage in the recesses shown on the right in FIG. 1.
