Abstract
In the case of a centrifugal wheel for abrasive systems, the throwing vane (1) is designed symmetrically to the longitudinal axis (B-B) and to a transverse axis (A-A) running perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (B-B) in the vane plane. The front and back of the throwing shovel (1) are identical. At the level of the transverse axis (A-A), namely in rib-shaped side edges (3) of the throwing blade (1), recesses (4) are arranged for receiving clamping elements.
Description
With the help of centrifugal wheels, blasting media are blasted onto workpieces to be machined in cleaning, descaling and other centrifugal blasting systems; the centrifugal wheel includes throwing vanes attached to a guide disc wheel, by means of which the blasting media are guided in radial direction, accelerated and flung outwards. The throwing blades are subject to ataric wear due to the blasting medium striking them and flowing at high speed, which is why they have to be replaced at certain intervals.
It is known to design the front and the back of a throwing scoop the same, so that both sides are suitable as throwing areas for the blasting medium. This configuration makes it possible to operate the centrifugal wheel in both directions of rotation on the one hand, and on the other hand to install the throwing vanes in an installation position rotated by 180 ° with respect to their longitudinal axis. What is required here is an easily removable, attached to a wear-protected location but secure locking of the throwing vanes in the guide disc wheel. In the centrifugal wheel known from DE-AS 26 06 063, the original blades are locked by means of a dovetail base, which is inserted into a dovetail groove and held by leaf springs. In the centrifugal wheel known from DE-OS 26 34 198, locking takes place via cams which are arranged adjacent to the end edges in the reinforced longitudinal edges of the throwing blades and which engage in a slot in the guide disc wheel. The known throwing blades can only be used and used on two sides.
The invention described in
In the centrifugal wheel according to the invention each .urfschaufel is completely symmetrical to two mutually perpendicular axes. Since each throwing blade in one of these axes, namely in the transverse axis, also has recesses for receiving the locking device on the guide disc wheel, the throwing blades can be used four times: each throwing blade can rotate 180 ° both about its longitudinal axis BB and about its transverse axis AA rotated and inserted in the guide wheel in each of these positions. The centrifugal wheel can be moved in both directions. Due to the symmetry about the transverse axis AA, the guide pulley wheel allows the wheel body with the blades to be rotated by 180 ° with the poss right and left rotation. The same effect is achieved by moving the clamping elements for the locking on the side of the throwing blades facing away from the direction of rotation for two directions of rotation of the centrifugal wheel. In the invention, the surf blades can be used optimally. The maximum possible downtimes can be achieved with them.

The
