Greifer für Kettenausleger sind in verschiedenen Ausführungen bekannt. In den Figuren ist ein Kettenausleger mit selbsttätigen Greifern dargestellt. Im Kettenausleger 1 sind mit der, mit handelsüblichen Befestigungselementen 2 versehenen Gliederkette 3 Greifer 4 entsprechend der gewünschten Auslegedistanz der Druckprodukte 5 fest verbunden. Der vorlaufende Teil 6 des Greifers 4 ist mit einer Auflagefläche 7, die durch eine Anschlagfläche 8 begrenzt ist, versehen. Mit den Befestigungselementen 2' eines nachfolgenden Kettengliedes ist der nachlaufende Teil des Greifers 4, ein Federelement 9, beispielsweise eine Blattfeder, fest verbunden, dessen freier Schenkel 10 bei gestreckter Kettenlage mit Federdruck auf die Auflagefläche 7 einwirkt. Durch Umlenken der Gliederkette 3 öffnet sich der Greifer 4 automatisch entsprechend dem Durchmesser des Kettenumlenkrades 11, 11' um sich beim Uebergang in die gestreckte Kettenlage wieder zu schliessen. Der Kettenausleger 1 ist in bekannter Art und Weise so gelagert, dass er, resp. die Greifer 4 an der Uebernahmestelle zur Uebernahme der Druckprodukte 5 einstellbar ist.A chain boom with automatic grippers is shown in the figures.
