Description

Während der Betriebszeit des Brenners wird die Düse so gekühlt, daß ein Aufschmelzen des Lotes nicht erfolgt. Nach eingetretenem Verschleiß des Düseneinsatzes 1 wird durch Erwärmen der Düse das Lot 2 aufgeschmolzen und damit der Düseneinsatz 1 vom Düsenkörper 3 getrennt. - A heavy-current plasmatron nozzle consisting of a single interchangeable insert (1) in the general form of a wearing element disposed centrally with respect to the cathode (4), a cooling jacket being provided for the nozzle, characterised in that the insert (1) is secured directly in the nozzle body by means of a solder (2) and the nozzle cooling is so adapted that the solder does not melt while the burner is in operation.
