Abstract

Shoring plate, consisting of profile steel elements with at least one vertical hollow profile (2), optionally covered with cover plates, with horizontal slot openings (8, 20) arranged one above the other on one long side (inside) of the shoring plate and a guide rail (9) designed as a C or U profile ), the web back of which carries horizontal tabs (11, 21) which can be inserted into the slot openings (8, 20) of the hollow profile. These tabs (11, 21) have through openings (12, 22) aligned one above the other for receiving a locking rod (13, 23) provided with wedges (14, 24).

Description

  • The invention relates to a shoring panel for a trench shoring device, consisting of profile steel elements which are optionally clad with cover plates and are rigidly connected to one another, profile steel elements designed as hollow profiles being arranged on the narrow sides of the shoring panel, which in turn have guide heads for connection to adjacent supports or shoring panels.
  • From DE-AS 24 56 690 a shoring plate designed as a so-called edge support plate is known which, with its strip-shaped guide heads attached to the narrow sides on hollow profiles, can be used in vertical supports and can be alternately lowered into the ground with it. There are also shoring plates which are lowered into the ground or a trench or the like without supports and which have guide rails pointing towards the inside at their ends, in which either further shoring plates or spreaders arranged at right angles can be used. These shoring panels are also referred to as manhole shoring panels because they can be combined into three or four panels to form a shoring for a manhole.
  • Finally, there are shoring plates that only have a vertical guide rail in their center, in which the spreaders are accommodated. This type of construction is referred to as center girder plates. They can be installed without special supports and meet with overlapping guide heads or strips.
  • For the building contractor, shoring panels represent considerable parts of the business assets, and it is important to make extensive use of the existing equipment. It is therefore very desirable to make the number of types as small as possible and to make the existing boards as versatile as possible.
  • The invention has for its object to provide a sheeting that can be converted into at least two of the above types of sheeting without great effort and thus enables better utilization.
  • The invention is seen in the fact that the shoring wall has at least one vertical hollow profile with horizontal slot openings arranged one above the other on the inside of the shoring wall, that a guide rail designed as a C or U profile can be inserted on the back of its web through the slot openings of the vertical hollow profile and with horizontally aligned through openings provided, horizontal tabs and that a through the through openings locking rod is provided with engaging on the tabs and / or the hollow profile wedge elements.
  • Further features of the invention are specified in the subclaims.
  • With the design according to the invention, it is possible to make a manhole plate from an edge support plate by attaching the guide rail in a few simple steps. This enables, for example, the closing of a trench or the expansion of trench extensions where the usual supports cannot be used. Instead of a special plate, only the additional guide rails and locking bars are necessary. If the shoring panel has a hollow profile with slot openings in the middle, it can also be inserted into a co convert the carrier plate. The result is a simple and functional modular system.
  • The invention is explained in more detail below on the basis of exemplary embodiments shown in the drawing, in which:
    • 1 is a perspective view of part of a shoring plate according to the invention in a partially broken state and in an exploded view,
    • 2 is a perspective view of a guide rail,
    • 3 shows a vertical cross section through a shoring plate with a guide rail,
    • 4 is an enlarged top view of the hollow profile and the guide rail connected to it,
    • 5 is an enlarged plan view similar to FIG. 4 in another embodiment,
    • Fig. 6 is a hollow profile, a locking rod and a guide rail of the embodiment of FIG. 5 in a perspective view and
    • 7 shows a partially reduced vertical cross section through a hollow profile with a guide rail connected to it in the embodiment according to FIG. 5.
  • 1 consists of a main part 1, at least one vertical hollow profile 2 and one guide head 3 arranged on the narrow sides. The main part can be constructed in any way, i. H. can be formed from closely placed steel profiles or, as shown, from spaced-apart, horizontal C-profile supports 4 and pipes 5 running through them perpendicularly, this part being covered on both sides by cover plates 6. The lower part 7 of the shoring plate is chamfered and designed as a cutting edge.
  • The guide head 3 can consist of a C - profile carrier, a tubular profile or, as shown, a T-profile and can be inserted into a guideway of an appropriately designed support or adjacent shoring plate.
  • The vertical hollow profile 2 has horizontal slot openings arranged one above the other on the inside of the shoring panel.
  • To convert the shoring plate of FIG. 1 into a manhole shoring plate, a guide rail 9 (FIG. 2) in the form of a U or C profile is provided, the dimensions of which are sufficient, shoes arranged above one another from spreaders, not shown, or a guide head at right angles to the shoring plate to be arranged additional shoring plate.
  • Such a guide rail 9 has horizontal tabs 11 attached to the rear of its web 10, each of which has an approximately semicircular through-opening 12 (FIG. 4).
  • Through the aligned through openings 12, when the tabs 11 are inserted through the slot openings 8, a locking rod 13 is guided, on which 11 cam-like rotary wedges 14 sit at intervals corresponding to the spacing of the tabs 15 support the wall of the hollow profile 2 provided with slot openings 8. As shown in FIG. 3, a rotating wedge 14 is expediently provided above and below a tab 11.
  • At the upper end of the locking rod 13 a radially projecting lever arm 16 is arranged, which carries at its free end a support screw 17 which engages a wall of the hollow profile 2 and the rotary wedges 14 under chip holds.
  • At the lower end of the hollow profile 2, a support plate 18 for the locking rod 13 is welded to the inside of the rear wall.
  • 5-7 show another embodiment according to the invention. Here, too, horizontal tabs 21 are welded to the back of the guide rail 9 and can be inserted through slot openings 20 in the hollow profile 2. Contrary to the above-described embodiment, through-openings 22 in the form of bores which are arranged one above the other in alignment are provided in the tabs 21 and may be chamfered on the side facing the web 10 of the guide rail 9 or are covered by the front wall 19 of the hollow profile 2. A rectangular cutout 25 is subsequently provided parallel to this front wall 19 at each through opening 22.
  • As shown in FIG. 6, a locking rod 23 with axially directed flat wedges 24, which taper towards the top, is used to connect the hollow profile 2 to the guide rail 9. These are dimensioned such that they can be inserted through the through openings 22 and the cutouts 25.
  • After assembly of the guide rail 9 on the hollow profile 2, the locking rod 23 is first inserted from above through the mutually aligned through openings 22, 25 and then rotated by 90 "into the position shown in Fig. 5. In this position, the one at the upper end of the locking rod 23 attached clamping screw 27 is pulled against a support plate 26 welded into the hollow profile 2 and the locking rod 23 is pressed against the front wall of the hollow profile 2 (FIG. 7) at the same time the guide rail 9 is thus tightened tightly against the hollow profile 2.
  • The hollow profile 2 is expediently arranged directly next to the guide head 3. But it is also possible to use hollow profiles 2 at other locations on the shoring panel, e.g. to be provided in the middle so that carrier plates can also be formed in a simple manner by attaching a guide rail 9.

Claims (10)

1. shoring plate for a trench shoring device, consisting of profiled steel elements which are optionally clad with cover plates and are rigidly connected to one another, profiled steel elements designed as hollow profiles being arranged on the narrow sides of the shoring plate, which in turn have guide heads for connection to adjacent supports or shoring plates,
characterized,
that the shoring wall has at least one vertical hollow profile (2) with horizontal slot openings (8, 20) arranged one above the other on the inside of the shoring wall,
that a guide rail (9) designed as a C or U profile on the back of its web (10) can be inserted through the slot openings (8, 20) of the vertical hollow profile (2) and has through openings (12, 22, 25) that are perpendicular to one another provided, horizontal tabs; (11.21) carries and
that a locking rod (13, 23) that can be plugged through the through openings (12, 22) is provided with wedge elements (14, 24) that engage the tabs (11, 21) and / or the hollow profile (2).
