A device according to claim 1, characterized in that the paddles (20) provided on the upper side of the mixing plate (17, 18, 19) extend outwardly relative to the rotational axis and the paddies (20) provided on the underside of the mixing plates (17, 18, 19) extend inwardly relative to the rotational axis so as to cross each other.
3. A device according to claim 1 or claim 2, characterized in that there is provided a funnel-shaped annular wall (15) exposing above the top mixing plate (17) an annular gap for the dry material, which annular wall can be fed with liquid via a cylindrical chamber.
4. A device according to claim 3, characterized in that between the funnel-shaped annular wall (15) and a rotary cylinder (26), which is provided with scrapers (25), there is arranged a narrow annular gap (29) for the dry material to be supplied.
5. A device according to claim 4, characterized in that for a lateral supply of the dry material, there are provided an air supply (27) and a liquid supplyfrom above.
