Description

The invention relates to a device for securing light wells or the like against burglary with jacket pipes, in the interior of which a rotatable core is arranged and which are mounted in brackets fastened to opposite walls, dowels or anchors, for example, being used to fasten the brackets, which cooperate with holes provided in the brackets.

It has been known for many years to protect lattices for windows or other openings against arbitrary destruction by sawing in such a way that loose iron bars are arranged within the lattice bars designed as tubes, which make sawing more difficult in that they rotate during the sawing attack. It is also already known to use this type of grating to secure light wells against house intrusion, whereby two U-shaped girders are attached to the side walls of the well below the usual grating of the light well, and square iron blocks are welded to the U-shaped girders are, which are used to attach steel tubes squeezed at the ends, which contain round steel rods cut to the appropriate length in the interior (cf. DE-A-26 24 149). The round steel rods loosely arranged inside the steel tubes are inevitable with this type of construction. be shorter than the steel tubes themselves, so that with this known device the steel tubes can be cut off in the area of the iron blocks.

From DE-C-141 405 a thief-proof grille for windows, doors etc. is also known, in which the grille bars are also made of steel tubes in which core rods are rotatably arranged. In this known construction, the ends of the core tubes are accommodated in bearing shells which are obviously machined in a metal part made of solid material which is not defined in the profile. In particular, the bearings of the movable steel rods should also be made from better metals such as copper or brass. This known construction is therefore complex and expensive.

From DE-B-113 555 is also known from box profiles window for prisons or the like. In the interior of the box profile forming a window frame rotatable steel rods are inserted, which are intended to prevent sawing of the window frame. The box profiles therefore serve as jacket pipes in this construction.

From GB-A-15 03 652 a window frame is also known in which the bars can be removed due to a locking mechanism. In this construction, box profiles are used to store the removable bars.

The invention has for its object to provide a device for securing in particular light wells or the like. Against burglary of the type specified in the preamble of claim 1, in which sawing the jacket tubes in the area of the brackets is difficult.

The solution to this problem is according to the invention that the brackets are designed as a box section that cutouts are provided in the box section for receiving the ends of the jacket pipes, that the jacket pipes are mounted in the cutouts such that the ends of the jacket pipes and the Cores lie within the box section girders and that the cores are the same length as the casing tubes.

Since in the device according to the invention the inner cores of the casing pipes are to be dimensioned to be the same length as the casing pipes themselves, the ends of the casing pipe and the core are protected within the box section support of the holder.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the cutouts for receiving the ends of the casing tubes in the box section supports can advantageously be circular and expediently have some play with respect to the outside diameter of the casing tubes in order to facilitate the installation of the entire device. The box section supports themselves can expediently be closed at one or both ends by covers or plug-like end pieces, and in cases in which it is not necessary to enable the device to be opened from the inside for escape in the event of danger. the box section supports can advantageously be poured out with concrete, for which purpose, for example, special pouring openings can be provided on the top of the box sections and the assembly openings can be closed by plugs.

Reinforcement of the concrete can be created, for example, by means of a round steel bar that is loosely inserted into the interior of the box section girders or loosely supported in the end pieces.

In those cases in which the burglar alarm has to leave an escape route open, for example if it is used in light wells of hobby rooms, the invention can undergo a corresponding modification which enables the device to be easily opened from the inside. For this purpose, the device can be designed according to claims 9 to 12.

In the figures, essentially the same parts are denoted by the same reference symbols.

In the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 4, a bracket, each made from a box section support, is fastened to the side walls 1 of a light well using dowels 11 (FIG. 3). The brackets are preferably formed by a rectangular tube 2 made of steel or aluminum and are closed at their ends by end pieces 10 made of square tube made of steel or aluminum. In the upper third of the end pieces 10, a hole for receiving a round steel 7 is provided. On the inside of the rectangular tubes 2, cutouts 3 are provided, into which casing tubes 4 with cores 8 loosely inserted therein are inserted. As can be seen in particular from FIG. 2, the jacket tubes 4 are closed at the ends and the cores 8 are of the same length as the jacket tubes 4. The cores 8 can be formed from round steel or, particularly expediently, from appropriately dimensioned tubes which are filled with concrete, so that sawing through these pipes, apart from their loose rotatable mounting, is still made more difficult.

On the inner side walls of the rectangular tubes 2, assembly openings 5 cooperating with the dowels 11 are also provided, which are closed with plastic plugs 12 after assembly. The jacket tubes 4 can be suitably galvanized. In the illustrated embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 4, 2 filling openings 13 are also provided on the top of the rectangular tubes for pouring concrete 9.

The assembly of such a device is very simple and can be carried out without difficulty. First, a rectangular tube 2 is attached to an inner wall 1 of the light well, so the cores 8 are inserted into the jacket tubes 4 and the jacket tubes are closed with plugs and then inserted into the attached rectangular tube (2) through the cutouts 3. Then the second rectangular tube 2 is plugged onto the other ends of the casing tubes 4 and fastened to the opposite side wall 1 of the light well, in exactly the same way as the first rectangular tube with the aid of the dowels 11. After the screwing, both rectangular tubes 2 are poured out with concrete.

In the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 5 to 9, the cutouts for the receptacle are in the rectangular tube 2 on the left side of FIG. 5. the jacket tubes 4 designated 14 and formed open at the bottom. The mounting holes 5 for the dowel fastening are unchanged, as illustrated and described in the first embodiment. For the support of the casing pipes 4 in the locked. Position in this embodiment, a slide 15 within the left rectangular tube 2 is arranged to be movable in the longitudinal direction, which is provided with cutouts 16 which are offset in the locking position with respect to the cutouts 14 in the rectangular tube 2, but can be made to coincide therewith if the slide is moved to the left in the longitudinal direction. In this unlocked position, the casing tubes 4 can fall down at their left ends and the device is open for an escape route.

On the slide 15 there are expediently provided angular projections 18 which cover the openings 5 to the dowels 11 to the outside when the slide 15 is in the locking position.

Furthermore, the slider 15 is provided with an operating rod 19 which penetrates the house wall 17. On the inside of the house wall 17, a mounting bracket 20 for the rod 19 and a handle 21 is provided, it being expedient to secure the rod 19 with a locking pin 22.

In general, it will suffice to provide this type of unlocking of the burglar alarm only on one holder, while the other holder receives the design according to FIGS. 1 to 4, only that in the embodiment according to FIGS. 5 to 9 with a pouring out of the rectangular tubes 2 Concrete is dispensed with.

Also, no special mounting openings need to be provided in the side wall of the rectangular tubes 2 for the dowels 11 which does not abut the wall, and the dowels can be accessible through the openings for the introduction of the jacket tubes 4. Disassembly is not possible when closed. In general, the device, in particular the one according to FIGS. 1 to 4, with larger spans, e.g. B. of over 1.30 m, appropriately designed such that an intermediate bracket with through openings for the casing tubes 4 and cores 8 is provided between end brackets and is concreted at both ends in the front and rear walls. This intermediate bracket can also advantageously be designed as a box section support, which is also poured with concrete. Such an intermediate bracket makes it difficult or impossible to bend the grid tubes violently.
