Claims (10)

1. Verfahren zum Trocknen und/oder Vorerhitzen zu verkokender Kohle in einem geeigneten Raum mit Hilfe eines Wärmeträgergases, dem man die notwendige Wärme zur Rückgewinnung über die Wandung eines Wärmeaustauschers, wenigstens eines Teils der trockenen Rauchlöschgase des heißen, aus dem Ofen ausgetragenen Kokses liefert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man einen einzigen geschlossenen Kreis verwendet, in dem man sich das Wärmeträgergas mit Wasserdampf anreichern läßt, bis im wesentlichen Wasserdampf daraus wird, während man seine Temperatur auf einem Wert oberhalb 250°C hält, indem man auf die Fraktion der Löschrauchgase einwirkt, die gegen den Wärmeaustauscher geführt wird.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchsatz an Löschrauchgasen, die man in den Wärmeaustauscher einführt, dem Durchsatz der Vorrichtung zum Einführen der zu trocknenden und/oder vorzuwärmenden Kohle in den Trocknungs- und/oder Vorwärmraum zugeordnet ist.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fraktion der zum Erwärmen des Wärmeträgergases verwendeten Rauchgase sowie die nicht verwendete Fraktion zur Erzeugung von Wärme durch Wärmeaustausch verwendet werden.
4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Teil der zum Trocknen und/oder Vorwärmen der Kohle notwendigen Wärme komplementär durch eine Brennkammer zugeführt wird, deren Wärmedurchsatz der in dem Trocknungs- und/oder Vorwärmeraum gemessenen Temperatur zugeordnet ist.
5. Anlage zum Trocknen und/oder Vorwärmen von zu verkokender Kohle, in Zuordnung zu einer Anlage zum trocknen Löschen des ausgetragenen Kokses, wobei die beiden Anlagen gemeinsam über einen Wärmeaustauscher (13) verfügen, in welchem ein Wärmeträgergas zum Trocknen und/oder Vorwärmen einem vom trockenen Rauchgaslöschkreis unterschiedlichen Kreis folgt, gekennzeichnet durch die Kombination der folgenden Einrichtung: der Kreis des Wärmeträgergases ist ein einziger Kreis, der den Wärmeaustauscher (13) durchsetzt, wobei der Rauchgaslöschkreis eine den Wärmeaustauscher (13) durchsetzende Leitung (41; 42) sowie eine bezüglich des letzteren umgeleitete Leitung aufweist, während Steuerventile (43; 45) an wenigstens einer dieser Leitungen (40; 41; 44) angebracht sind und den Teil der Wärmeaustauscher über die Leitung (41; 42) durchsetzenden Löschgase derart regeln, daß die Temperatur des Wärmeträgergases auf einen Wert oberhalb 250° C gehalten wird.
6. Anlage nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einführ- und Ausführleitungen (41; 42) der Rauchgase des Wärmeaustauschers (13) über eine Zweig- oder Parallelleitung (44) vereinigt sind, daß ein Satz von Ventilen (43; 45) es ermöglicht, die Löschrauchgasmenge in zwei Fraktionen jeweils zwischen dem Wärmeaustauscher (13) und der Parallelleitung (44) aufzuteilen, daß Einrichtungen (R4) vorgesehen sind, um den Durchsatz der den Wärmeaustauscher durchsetzenden Löschrauchgasfraktion dem Durchsatz der Einrichtung (11) zum Einführen von Kohle in den Raum (2) zuzuordnen.
7. Anlage nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gemeinsame die Ausgangsleitung für die Rauchgase aus dem Wärmeaustauscher und Parallelleitung vereinigende Leitung des Rauchgase zu einem anderen Wärmeverbraucherführt.
8. Anlage nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtungen (9) zum Einführen von Wärmeträgergas in den Trocknungs-und/oder Vorwärmraum (2) im übrigen über eine Brennkammer (4) verfügen.
9. Anlage nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Brennkammer (4) zwischen die Ausgangsleitung (14) für das Wärmeträgergas des Wärmeaustauschers (13) und die Einrichtung zum Einführen des Wärmeträgergases in die Trocknungs- und/oder Vorwärmkammer zwischengeschaltet ist.
10. Anlage nach Anspruch 8, wobei der Trocknungs- und/oder Vorwärmraum (2) Einrichtungen zum Messen der Temperatur aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Brennkammer (4) Einrichtungen zum Steuern der Wärmemenge (Ri) aufweist, die den Meßeinrichtungen (24) für die Temperatur im Trocknungs- und/oder Vorwärmraum (2) oder ihrem Ausgang zugeordnet sind, um die letztgenannte Temperatur auf einem Wert oberhalb 250° C zu halten.
