Dieses bekannte Reinigungsverfahren richtet sich jedoch nur auf relativ lose an dem Holz anhaftende Verschmutzungen, die durch das gegenseitige Reiben der einzelnen Holzteile aneinander bereits abfallen. Bei dem Ausgangsprodukt beliebiger Althölzer führt diese Reinigungsmethode zu keinem befriedigenden Ergebnis. Es wird von einer Intensivstwaschanlage ausgegangen, bei welcher der Waschbehälter aus drei etwa gleichlangen Abschnitten mit seitlichen Leitflächen besteht, deren Oberkanten über die Wasseroberfläche hinausragen. In den in Fließrichtung beiden ersten Abschnitten ist der Waschbehälterboden wasserundurchlässig, während der dritte Abschnitt durch einen Siebboden gekennzeichnet ist. Starke an den Seitenwänden des Waschbehälters montierte Propellervorrichtungen sorgen für eine intensive Durchmischung der Waschflüssigkeit und damit für eine entsprechend starke Durchwirbelung der Holzschnitzel, die bis zur Auflösung des Holzes führen kann. Es hat sich jedoch herausgestellt, daß mit dieser Waschanlage zwar hervorragende Ergebnisse bezüglich der Reinigung der Holzschnitzel erzielt werden können, daß aber andererseits ein nicht unerheblicher zusätzlicher Energieaufwand erforderlich ist, die nach der Naßreinigung vorliegenden Holzschnitzel wieder auf den entsprechenden Trockengrad zu bringen.However, this known cleaning method is aimed only at relatively loosely adhering dirt which already falls off due to the mutual rubbing of the individual wooden parts against one another. It has been found, however, that with this washing system excellent results can be achieved with regard to the cleaning of the wood chips, but on the other hand a not inconsiderable additional energy expenditure is required to bring the wood chips present after the wet cleaning back to the appropriate degree of dryness.

Danach fällt ein Hackschnitzelfluß in Richtung des Pfeiles 1, bestehend aus den Hackschnitzeln 2 innerhalb eines Behälters auf ein Rüttelsieb 3, das Feinanteile, wie mineralische Verunreinigungen, durch die Rüttelbewegung aussortiert. Durch die Rüttelbewegung werden über in Richtung der Schräge des Rüttelsiebes 3 verlaufende im Ausführungsbeispiel ca. 3 cm hohe Stoßkanten die spezifisch leichteren Hackschnitzel über die Stoßkanten befördert und verlassen so das Sieb vor dem Austrittsende, um in Richtung des unteren Pfeiles durch eine Austragsschute 4 zu fallen. Neben den gereinigten Hackschnitzeln 2, die durch die Austragsschute 4 in den weiteren Verarbeitungsprozeß gegeben werden, laufen die spezifisch dichteren Teile mit den Verunreinigungen durch einen Windkanal 5, in dem durch einen ausreichenden Luftstrom das leichtere von dem Rüttelsieb ausgetragene Gut in Richtung des Pfeiles 7 nach oben getrieben und in den Reinigungsprozeß zurückgeführt wird, während die mit ihrem spezifischen Gewicht über dem des Holzes liegenden Teile über eine weitere Austragungsschute 6 als Verunreinigungen abgeführt werden.Then a wood chip flow falls in the direction of arrow 1, consisting of the wood chips 2 within a container onto a vibrating
