Claims (1)

  1. Verstellbarer Sessel, der eine X-förmige Gestalt besitzt und aus zwei einander kreuzenden starren Elementen (1, 2) besteht, von denen das eine (1) Rückenlehne und vordere Füsse und das andere (2) Sitz und hintere Füsse bildet, wobei zwei mit einem (2) der Elemente fest verbundene Finger ('5a) mit zwei an dem anderen Element (1) angebrachten zahnstangenartigen Profilen (3) zusammenwirken und eine Verstellung der Neigung des Sessels und dessen Fixierung in der gewünschten Neigungsposition ermöglichen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Holme des Sitzes (2) ausserdem jeweils einen mit dem oberen Rand jeweils eines der anderen Holme zusammenwirkenden Finger (5b) tragen und dieser obere Rand ein derartiges Kurvenprofil (6) bildet, dass der Abstand (d) zwischen dem genannten Rand und dem Boden der Einkerbungen des zahnstangenartigen Profils (3) sich im Verlauf von dessen oberen Ende zu seinem unteren Ende in einer Weise vergrössert, dass der Sitz (2) unabhängig von der der Rückenlehne (1) gegebenen Neigung eine Höhe beibehält, die von seinem vorderen Rand zu seinem hinteren Rand abnimmt.
