Claims (10)

1. Verfahren zum Herausnehmen von Flaschen oder Behältern, die zwischen den Flaschenhälsen von Flaschen einer ersten Lage von richtig in einem Kasten oder einer Behälterkiste angeordneten Flaschen eine zweite Lage von verkehrt angeordneten Flaschen bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man den mit Flaschen gefüllten Kasten greift, diesen dreht, wobei man einerseits die erste Lage von richtig angeordneten Flaschen im Kasten und andererseits die zweite Lage von verkehrt angeordneten Flaschen hält, daß man die Flaschen der zweiten Lage freiläßt, wobei man fortwährend die Flaschen der ersten Lage im Kasten hält, daß man erneut den Kasten dreht, der nurmehr die Flaschen der ersten Lage von anfänglich richtig angeordneten Flaschen enthält, und daß man die Flaschen dieser ersten Lage auspackt.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man vor der ersten Drehung des Kastens diesen einer vertikalen Translationsbewegung aussetzt.
3. Vorrichtung zum Herausnehmen von Flaschen, die zwischen den Flaschenhälsen von Flaschen einer ersten Lage von richtig in einem Kasten (2) oder einer Behälterkiste angeordneten Flaschen eine zweite Lage von verkehrt angeordneten Flaschen bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung einen Greifkopf (7) aufweist, der mit mehreren Rosten (12, 18, 20) versehen ist, die den Durchgang von Flaschen entsprechend ihrer Stellung ermöglichen oder blockieren, so daß die erste und zweite Lage von Flaschen im Kasten während der Drehung gehalten und nach der Drehung die Flaschen der zweiten Lage nach unten freigegeben werden, sowie eine Einrichtung (6) zum Drehen des Greifkopfs (7) um eine horizontale Achse (5) sowie eine Einrichtung zur darauffolgenden Herausnahme der ersten lage von Flaschen aufweist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Greifkopf mit drei übereinander angeordneten Rosten (12, 18, 20) versehen ist, von denen jeder mit derselben Anzahl von Öffnungen (36, 41, 43) entsprechend der Zahl der aus der zweiten Lage zu entnehmenden, anfänglich verkehrt angeordneten Flaschen versehen ist, wobei einer der drei Roste (20) derart verschiebbar ist, daß seine Öffnungen (41) in der Verlängerung der entsprechenden Öffnungen (36, 43) der anderen Roste verschoben werden können.
5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der verschiebbare Rost der Zwischenrost (20) ist.
6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der verschiebbare Rost durch einen Zylinder (23) betätigt ist.
7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung eine Hubeinrichtung (25) umfaßt, die den Kasten in Kontakt mit dem Greifkopf bringt.
8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dreheinrichtung (6) durch einen Drehzylinder (104) betätigt ist.
9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere, gegen den zu greifenden Kasten ausgerichtete Rost (18) eine Fase (19) auf seinem Außenumfang für die Zentrierung des Kastens bildet.
10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Rost (18) eine ausreichende Dicke aufweist, um den Abstand der Flaschen während der Drehung abändern zu können.
