Abstract

Appareillage facilement demontable et remontable pour l'extrusion de produits alimentaires mixtes, specialement du lard simule, en plaques, qui entraine la co-extrusion de matieres differentes pour former un produit stratifie. L'appareillage comprend un ensemble d'extrusion qui comporte une filiere possedant un bati (23) dans lequel s'etend une pluralite de conduits individuels de filiere (31, 33) depuis une paroi frontale munie d'ouvertures (10) (a) debouchant dans les conduits de filiere. L'espace entourant les conduits de filiere dans le bati (23) forme des passages de filiere s'entrecroisant avec les conduits de filiere. Le produit alimentaire est extrude au travers des ouvertures frontales de la paroi et a travers les conduits de filiere dans une conduite convergente de decharge (17) rattachee de maniere amovible au bati. Des conduits separables (16) et (21) relient des sources de pression (14) et (19) d'alimentation en une matiere alimentaire differente avec le bati, a des cotes opposes de celui-ci, en meme temps qu'entre de tels cotes opposes. Les conduits d'approvisionnement englobent un collecteur allonge (22) s'etendant transversalement dans le bati, une paire de montures de conduits semi-circulaires (24) et (25) pour relier les extremites opposees du collecteur aux cotes opposes du bati, respectivement, et au moins une conduite pour relier le collecteur, intermediaire entre ses extremites, au bati entre les cotes opposes de celui-ci.
