Claims (6)

1. Schalldämpfer für Preßlufthämmer, mit einem Ringraum (10), in dem sich die aus dem Zylinder (1) des Gerätes ausströmende Druckluft vor ihrem Entweichen in die Atmosphäre durch einen Durchtritt (21) geringer Weite (d) hindurch entspannt, wobei der Ringraum (10) zwischen der Außenwand des Zylinders (1) und der Innenwand einer den Zylinder (1) umgebenden Umhüllung (11) gebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umhüllung (11) an ihrem oberen Ende fest mit einer Muffe oder Hülse (12) verbunden ist, die in axialer Richtung gleitbar auf dem oberen Bereich des Zylinders (1) sitzt, während der untere Bereich der Umhüllung (11) verengt ist und den Durchtritt (21) geringer Weite (d) und ringförmiger Gestalt um die Außenwand des Zylinders (1) herum begrenzt, wobei die von der Umhüllung (11) und der Muffe oder Hülse (12) gebildete Einheit elastisch am Zylinder (1) aufgehängt ist.
2. Schalldämpfer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bewegliche Umhüllung (11) aus einem Elastomer hergestellt ist.
3. Schalldämpfer nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gleitbare, fest mit der Umhüllung (11) verbundene Muffe oder Hülse (12) durch Zwischenschalten mindestens einer Feder (18) elastisch am Zylinder (1) des Preßlufthammers aufgehängt ist.
4. Schalldämpfer nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gleitbare, fest mit der Umhüllung (11) verbundene Muffe oder Hülse (12) durch Zwischenschalten einer Drucklufteinrichtung elastisch am Zylinder (1) des Preßlufthammers aufgehängt ist.
5. Schalldämpfer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gleitbare, fest mit der Umhüllung (11) verbundene Muffe oder Hülse (12) elastisch an einem Kopfstück (15) aufgehängt ist, das vom oberen Ende des Zylinders (1) des Preßlufthammers getragen wird und mit dem oder den Geräte- griff(en) versehen ist.

Schalldämpfer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gleitbare, fest mit der Umhüllung (11) verbundene Muffe oder Hülse (12) außerdem mit einem Kopfstück fest verbunden ist, das mit dem oder den Gerätegriff(en) versehen ist, wobei die Einheit Umhüllung-Muffe oder Hülse-Kopfstück elastisch mit Bezug auf den Zylinder des Preßlufthammers aufgehängt ist.
