Aus wirtschaftlicher Sicht ist das allerdings unzweckmäßig und führt schon deswegen zu einer Verteuerung, weil für die einzelnen Größen kleinere Serien gebraucht werden, als dies bei Herstellung lediglich einer einzigen Größe der Fall wäre.The structural conditions require weather bars of different widths. Außerdem ist die Wetterschenkelverlängerung dieser Schwelle an ihrem freien Ende nach unten abgewinkelt, wobei diese Abwinkelung in gleichem Sinne nochmals umgebogen ist, damit das freie Ende am Unterbau der Bodenschwelle angelegt werden kann. Im Zusammenhang mit Fenstern spielen aber auch ästhetische Gesichtspunkte eine wichtige Rolle. Um die Wetterschenkelverlängerung gegen Verschieben zu sichern und auch das Eindringen von Schmutz in den Halteschlitz für den Befestigungsschenkel der Wetterschenkelverlängerung zu vermeiden, muß man dort mit Silikon od. dgl. abdichten, was einen zusätzlichen teuren Arbeitsgang erfordert und die optische Beeinträchtigung vielfach noch erhöht. Es kommt noch hinzu, daß das Verbreiterungsprofil bei dieser Bodenschwelle keine Last aufnehmen kann. Eine von oben nach unten gerichtete Kraft, beispielsweise eines Rolladens, kann auf das Verbreiterungsprofil nur dann aufgegeben werden, wenn es sich im Bereich seines freien Längsrandes auf einem Untergrund, etwa dem Boden oder einer Mauer, abstützt. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, daß bei einer Bodenschwelle der eingangs genannten Art zur Bildung einer im Querschnitt etwa U-förmigen Befestigungsnut an die Abtropfnase ein Haltesteg angesetzt, insbesondere angeformt ist, der von einem Gegensteg oder einer Schulter der Wetterschenkelverlängerung verhakend hintergriffen ist, und daß die Wetterschenkelverlängerung über ein streifenförmiges Zwischenglied zugleich an der Außenfläche der Abtropfnase abgestützt ist, wobei durch die Außenfläche der Abtropfnase und die dazu vorzugsweise etwa parallele Fläche einer Leiste einer insbesondere im Querschnitt etwa U-förmigen Befestigungsschiene der Wetterschenkelverlängerung ein Spaltraum für das streifenförmige Zwischenglied gebildet ist, und daß sich an die Befestigungsschiene der Wetterschenkelverlängerung ein den Wetterschenkel untergreifender Stützschenkel anschließt. Diese Bodenschwelle gewährleistet einerseits die schraubenlose Verbindung mit einer Wetterschenkelverlängerung, und andererseits ist diese Verbindung so beschaffen, daß die Wetterschenkelverlängerung von oben her, beispielsweise durch einen Rolladen od. dgl., belastet werden kann, ohne daß sie nach unten hin ausweicht und ohne daß eine zusätzliche Abstützung auf dem Boden oder einem Mauerwerk erforderlich ist. Dabei besteht der dem Rauminnern zugekehrte Teil der Bodenschwelle aus einem Werkstoff geringerer Leitfähigkeit als der übrige, in der Regel weit größere Teil der Bodenschwelle, die ebenso wie das Ausführungsbeispiel aus einem Aluminiumprofil besteht. Hierdurch läßt sich sowohl die Schwitzwasserbildung im Rauminnern als auch die Schaffung einer Kältebrücke nach außen verhindern. Im Falle einer Isolierkonstruktion wird die Laufschiene zweckmäßigerweise separat gefertigt und auf den beispielsweise aus Kunststoff bestehenden Bodenschwellenteil mit geringerer Wärmeleitfähigkeit aufmontiert. An das freie Ende der Wetterschenkelverlängerung 12 ist eine nach unten ragende Abtropfnase 16 angesetzt. Rechtwinklig zum Seitensteg 15 der Befestigungsschiene 14 erstreckt sich ein insbesondere winkelförmiger Stützschenkel 17. Dabei bilden dann die Abtropfnase 9 und der Schenkel 22 der Befestigungsschiene 14 einen Spaltraum 23, der nach unten hin durch den Quersteg 24 der Befestigungsschiene 14 begrenzt ist. In diesen Spaltraum 23 wird von oben her im Sinne des Pfeils 25 ein streifenförmiges Zwischenglied 26 eingeschoben oder eingepreßt. Es besteht beim Ausführungsbeispiel aus einer an ihrem oberen Ende 27 verdickten Leiste 28. In gleicher Richtung wie das verdickte Ende erstrecken sich noch zwei im Abstand übereinander angeordnete Dichtlippen 29 und 30. Das Dichtprofil kann beispielsweise aus Kunststoff hergestellt werden, und es schließt den Spaltraum 23 oben bündig mit den nach oben weisenden Flächen 33 und 32 der Bodenschwelle 1 bzw. der Wetterschenkelverlängerung 12 ab. Durch das Einpressen des Zwischenglieds 26 entsteht eine Druckkraft auf die Innenwandungen des Seitenstegs 15 und des Schenkels 22 der Befestigungsschiene 14, welche den Gegensteg 13 gegen die Innenfläche der Abtropfnase 9 drückt und so die Verhakung des Haltestegs 10 und des Gegenstegs 13 sichert. Claims (4)

1. Sill, in particular for a window or a door, having a weather board (8) on which there is applied a weather board extension (12), the weather board having at its free end a drip nosing (9) around which the weather board extension engages, the weather board extension (12) extending flush with the weather board top plate (3), characterised in that in order to form a fixing groove (11) which is of substantially U-shaped cross-section, there is applied on the drip nosing (9) a retaining web (10), the latter being in particular integrally moulded thereon, having engaging behind it in hook fashion a matching web (13) or a shoulder of the weather board extension (12), and in that the weather board extension is at the same time supported on the outer face (31) of the drip nosing (9) through a striplike intermediate member (26), the outer face (31) of the drip nosing (9) and the face of a strip (22) which is preferably substantially parallel there with and forming part of a particularly cross-sectionally U-shaped fixing rail (14) of the weather board extension (12) forming a gap (23) for the striplike intermediate member (26) and in that adjacent the fixing rail (14) of the weather board extension (12) there is a bracing flange (17) which engages beneath the weather board (8).
2. Sill according to Claim 1, characterised in that in per se known manner the intermediate member (26) is a press-in or roll-in sealing profile section.
3. Sill according to Claim 1 or 2, characterised by a drip nosing (16) on the weather board extension (12).
4. Sill according to Claim 3, characterised by one-piece manufacture, with a track rail (2), particularly constructed as an extruded section.
