Description

  • La présente invention concerne un cintre antivol comportant au moins une baguette supérieure destinée à supporter un vêtement et un crochet de suspension s'étendant verticalement à partir de la partie centrale et supérieure de la baguette et dont l'extrémité recourbée est destinée à être accrochée à une barre de suspension, deux bras latéraux formant mâchoire de pince montés à coulissement vertical dans le plan du cintre et dont les extrémités mobiles peuvent venir s'appliquer contre une partie du bord supérieur de la baguette formant support des vêtements, pour pincer ainsi un vêtement suspendu au cintre entre les bras et la baguette, des moyens de verrouillage des bras mobiles en position de fermeture et une serrure logée dans la partie centrale du cintre et actionnée par une clef pour commander les moyens de verrouillage.
  • Un tel cintre est décrit dans le brevet français 1 312 880. Ce cintre permet d'empêcher le vol de vêtements suspendus à la baguette supérieure, du fait que ces vêtements sont pincés fermement entre les extrémités mobiles des bras et ladit baguette.
  • On connaît également, ainsi qu'il est décrit dans le brevet US 2 441 407, un cintre antivol muni d'une barre verticale montée à coulissement et dont l'extrémité inférieure porte un patin prenant appui sur une baguette inférieure horizontale de manière à pincer un vêtement disposé sur ladite baguette. Un tel cintre empêche ainsi le vol de n'importe quel vêtement, tel qu'un pantalon, placé sur la baguette inférieure horizontale.
  • La présente invention concerne un cintre antivol de conception particulièrement simple permettant d'empêcher le vol des vêtements placés aussi bien sur la baguette supérieure que sur la baguette inférieure horizontale du cintre.
  • A cet effet ce cintre antivol comportant au moins une baguette supérieure destinée à supporter un vêtement et un crochet de suspension s'étendant verticalement à partir de la partie centrale et supérieure de la baguette et dont l'extrémité recourbée est destinée à être accrochée à une barre de suspension, deux bras latéraux formant mâchoires de pince montés à coulissement vertical dans le plan du cintre et dont les extrémités mobiles peuvent venir s'appliquer contre une partie du bord supérieur de la baguette formant support des vêtements, pour pincer ainsi un vêtement suspendu au cintre entre les bras et la baguette, des moyens de verrouillage des bras mobiles en position de fermeture et une serrure logée dans la partie centrale du cintre et actionnée par une clé pour commander les moyens de verrouillage, est caractérisé en ce que les bras latéraux formant mâchoires de pince sont solidaires d'une barre verticale montée à coulissement dans la partie centrale du cintre et dont l'extrémité inférieure vient prendre appui, par l'intermédiaire d'un patin, sur une baguette inférieure horizontale s'étendant entre les deux extrémités de la baguette supérieure pour pincer un vêtement disposé sur ladite baguette.
  • Les moyens de verrouillage sont avantageusement constitués par un mécanisme unique logé dans la partie centrale du cintre et pouvant être manoeuvré au moyen d'une clé utilisée seulement par un vendeur de magasin. Suivant une caractéristique complémentaire de l'invention, le cintre comporte un organe mobile assurant la fermeture complète du crochet autour de la barre de suspension, cet organe mobile pouvant être actionné par le mécanisme de verrouillage de manière à pouvoir libérer le cintre de sa barre de suspension au moyen de la clé commandant le mécanisme de verrouillage. Le cintre suivant l'invention offre l'avantage d'être maintenu en permanence attaché à sa barre de suspension et de ne pouvoir être séparé de cette dernière qu'à la suite d'une intervention manuelle d'un vendeur. De la même façon les divers vêtements suspendus au cintre ne peuvent être détachés de celui-ci qu'après intervention manuelle d'un vendeur. On évite ainsi à coup sûr tout risque de vol.
  • On décrira ci-après, à titre d'exemple non limitatif, diverses formes d'exécution de la présente invention en référence au dessin annexé sur lequel:
  • La figure unique est une vue en élévation schématique d'un cintre antivol suivant l'invention.
  • Le cintre antivol représenté sur la figure comprend une baguette supérieure arquée 1 entre les extrémités inférieures de laquelle s'étend une baguette rectiligne horizontale 2. Sur la baguette supérieure arquée 1 sont suspendus des vêtements tels que vestes, manteaux, etc. alors que la baguette inférieure horizontale 2 sert à supporter des pantalons ou autres articles similaires. La baguette supérieure arquée 1 est solidaire d'une façon connue, dans sa partie centrale 1 a qui constitue son sommet, d'un crochet 3 qui est destiné à porter sur une barre de suspension 4.
  • Le cintre antivol représenté sur la figure comprend deux bras 5, 6 formant mâchoires de pince, qui s'étendent latéralement au-dessus de la baguette arquée supérieure 1. Ces deux bras 5, 6 sont montés mobiles verticalement, dans le plan du cintre et ils peuvent ainsi coulisser entre une position de fermeture représentée en trait plein sur la figure et une position d'ouverture indiquée partiellement en traits mixtes. Ces deux bras 5 et 6 sont réunis par une traverse horizontale 7 dont est issue, vers le haut, une partie formant griffe 1 a et qui est un des éléments constitutifs du crochet 3. Cette griffe 1 a est recourbée à sa partie supérieure et en position de fermeture sa partie extrême recourbée se trouve à l'alignement d'une patte verticale fixe 8 issue du bord supérieur de la partie centrale 1 a. En position de fermeture, la partie 3a formant griffe et la patte verticale 8 entourent complètement la barre de suspension 4 et empêchent ainsi qui le cintre ne soit détaché de cette barre.
  • Les bras 5, 6 formant mâchoires de pince sont recourbés ou inclinés en direction des deux branches de la baguette supérieure 1 et ils se terminent de préférence, à leurs extrémités inférieures, par des patins d'appui 9, 10, qui peuvent être par exemple en mousse plastique. En position de fermeture ces patins sont appliqués sous pression contre les bords supérieurs des deux branches de la baguette arquée 1, empêchant ainsi qu'un vêtement tel que veste, manteau, ne soit enlevé du cintre.
  • Le cintre représenté sur la figure comporte également des moyens pour assurer l'immobilisation d'un pantalon sur la baguette inférieure horizontale 2. Ces moyens comprennent une barre verticale 11 qui est solidaire de la traverse horizontale 7 et qui s'étend vers le bas à partir de cette dernière. Cette barre verticale 11 traverse un logement vertical ménagé dans la partie centrale et supérieure 1 a de la baguette arquée 1 et se termine, à son extrémité inférieure, par un patin 12 venant en appui contre la baguette rectiligne horizontale 2. On voit qu'en position de fermeture un pantalon placé sur cette baguette 2 se trouve être immobilisé en étant pincé entre le patin 12 et la baguette 2.
  • Le cintre antivol représenté sur la figure comporte ainsi un ensemble mobile verticalement, cet ensemble monobloc comprenant les deux bras latéraux 5, 6 formant mâchoires de pince, la barre verticale 11 formant pince de pantalon et la partie formant griffe 3a du crochet 3. Cet ensemble est maintenu en position de fermeture par un mécanisme de verrouillage approprié 13 logé dans la partie centrale la de la baguette arquée 1. Ce mécanisme de verrouillage 13 peut comporter par exemple un cliquet 14 articulé autour d'un axe 15 et sollicité par un ressort 16 en direction d'une crémaillère 17 ménagée dans un bord de la barre verticale 11. Ainsi l'ensemble des éléments mobiles 5, 6, 11 et 3a est maintenu fermement en position de fermeture par le cliquet 15 sollicité par le ressort 16. Le mécanisme de verrouillage 13 peut être actionné au moyen d'une serrure manoeuvrée par une clé introduite dans un trou 18. Cette clé permet de faire tourner le cliquet 14 dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre sur la figure, de manière à la dégager de la crémaillère 17 et à pouvoir ainsi soulever la griffe 3a, ce qui provoque l'ouverture du crochet 3, et soulever également les bras latéraux 5, 6 et la barre 11, ce qui libère les vêtements portés par le cintre.
  • Les dents de la crémaillère 17 sont avantageusement conformées de telle façon qu'il suffise de repousser vers le bas l'ensemble mobile verticalement pour assurer un verrouillage automatique en position de fermeture.
  • On voit d'après la description qui précède qu'il est impossible, sans avoir actionné préalablement le mécanisme de verrouillage 13, aussi bien d'enlever l'ensemble du cintre de la barre de suspension 4 qui le porte que d'enlever des vêtements placés sur ce cintre.
  • Bien que dans l'exemple décrit précédemment la cintre comporte deux bras latéraux 5, 6, il va de soi qu'il pourrait aussi bien n'en comporter qu'un seul. Par ailleurs la partie mobile 3a faisant partie du crochet 3 pourrait être actionnée indépendamment au lieu d'être solidaire des bras mobiles 5, 6.

Claims (3)

1. Cintre antivol comportant au moins une baguette supérieure (1) destinée à supporter un vêtement et un crochet (3) de suspension s'étendant verticalement à partir de la partie centrale (1a) et supérieure de la baguette et dont l'extrémité recourbée est destinée à être accrochée à une barre de suspension (4), deux bras latéraux (5, 6) formant mâchoires de pince montés à coulissement verticale dans le plan du cintre et dont les extrémité mobiles peuvent venir s'appliquer contre une partie du bord supérieur de la baguette formant support des vêtements, pour pincer ainsi un vêtement suspendu au cintre entre les bras (5, 6) et la baguette (1), des moyens de verrouillage (13) des bras mobiles en position de fermeture; et une serrure logée dans la partie centrale du cintre et actionnée par une clé pour commander les moyens de verrouillage, caractérisé en ce que les bras latéraux (5, 6) formant mâchoires de pince sont solidaires d'une barre verticale (11) montée à coulissement dans la partie centrale (1a) du cintre et dont l'extrémité inférieure vient prendre appui, par l'intermédiaire d'un patin (12), sur une baguette inférieure horizontale (2) s'étendant entre les deux extrémités de la baguette supérieure (1), pour pincer un vêtement disposé sur ladite baguette.
2. Cintre antivol suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les bras latéraux mobiles (5, 6) sont solidaires d'un organe mobile (3a) faisant partie du crochet (3) et complétant la fermeture totale du crochet (3) autour de la barre de suspension.
3. Cintre antivol suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le crochet (3) du cintre comprend en outre une partie (8) s'étendant vers le haut à partir du bord supérieur de la partie centrale (1a) du cintre, cette partie (8) se raccordant avec l'organe mobile (3a) solidaire des bras latéraux (5, 6) pour entourer complètement la barre de suspension (4) en position de fermeture, cette partie (8) ou l'organe mobile (3a) étant recourbé en forme de griffe tandis que l'autre élément est constitué par une barrette verticale se raccordant à cette griffe.
