Description

The invention relates to a ball game with a playing field having a ball rolling field, which has a ball rebound surface on one side and a field plate releasably connectable to the playing surface on the side opposite the rebound surface.

Such a ball rolling game is known from FR-A-571 928. It relates to a billiard game in which a playing field plate is arranged on a playing plate in a corner with partial positive locking with the board. By placing it on the game board, the game ball can only reach the game board via a ramp. This may be acceptable in the case of billiards. With regard to other play options, for example when throwing balls by hand, this measure is impractical or undesirable. The same applies to the more or less rigid board of a billiard, on which an ivory ball bounces back sufficiently if it hits it with the necessary energy. However, if the balls are made of a different material or if they are thrown by hand, difficulties can arise.

Similar conditions exist for a known billiard table according to DE-C-510 047, in which a cone-receiving plate is placed on the game plate of the billiard table.

A ball game is known from US-A-3 907 294, in which two partners play a ball against a band consisting of an elastic element with the aid of a block. The well-known ball game is a special fighting game only suitable for two partners, in which there are no possible variations.

From DE-U-6 948 671 a bowling green is known which is composed of individual elements. The bocce ball is deflected in the known bocce ball lane by a deflection curve on the side of the lane opposite the insertion point. In a similar ball rolling game according to DE-U-1 708 148, the course of which in turn consists of individual elements, the start is between a deflection curve and a game target field, on which e.g. Cones are arranged.

The invention has for its object to provide a versatile ball game that offers various play options, which can be set up in different locations, easily transported and played on by hand and in other ways.

This object is achieved according to the invention in a ball game of the type mentioned at the outset in that the game board consists of a plurality of board sections which can be connected to one another in a releasable and / or articulated manner, of which one board section has a recess for receiving the game board and another board section has a rebound device with a has elastically yielding elongate element, preferably a rail, a resilient belt, a resiliently mounted belt or the like, as a ball rebound surface.

An essential feature of the invention is that the game board consists of several plate elements which are releasably and / or articulately connected. In this way, the ball game according to the invention can be stored and transported to save space. It can also be easily assembled and disassembled. The ball game according to the invention can therefore be used in many places, even in confined private living spaces.

Another important feature of the ball game according to the invention is its versatility. Because the game board or an element of the game board has a recess for receiving an exchangeable game board, any number of game fields can be used.

Finally, a feature according to the invention consists in the elastic, elongated element as a ball rebound surface. The elastically yielding elongated element enables the use of larger balls, e.g. thrown by hand. Without the use of this special ball rebound surface, it is not possible to bring balls set in motion precisely and with the necessary energy to the desired position of the field on the field plate.

It consists of three sections 11, 12 and 13, which can be hinged together. Alternatively, they can also be detachably connected to one another by means of plug connections. In the latter case, the length of the game board 10 can then be extended as desired by inserting one or more intermediate pieces.

Return paths 14 and 15 are located on the long sides of the playing board 10. They are laterally delimited by a raised edge 16 and 17, respectively. It is understood that the raised edge and return path are integral parts of sections 11 to 13.

On the rear side of the game board 10 there is a rebound device 18, which is formed with the aid of a belt 19 which is partially wrapped around the sides around two plate-fixed deflection points 20 and 22 and tensioned. The rebounding device 18 can be exchangeably attached to a holding beam 23 on the rear side of the playing board 10.

On the front side of the game board 10, thus on the section 13, a further return path 24 is attached with a raised edge 25 which is connected to the return path 15. The return path 24 ends in front of an entry or throw-in area 26 of the playing board 10, which is delimited by the right return path 14 and a middle return path 27 with a raised edge 28. In front of the inlet area 26 there is a plate 29 which rises obliquely to the level of the playing plate 10 and which is likewise connected to the section 13 in a pluggable or foldable manner.

Between the return paths 27 and 15, a playing field 30 is arranged next to the throw-in area 26, which is only indicated here generally and is located on a separate playing field plate 31, which will be discussed in more detail below.

In front of the playing field 30 there is a deflecting roller 32 and 33, both in the area of the return path 15 and in the area of the return path 27, the structure of which can be seen from FIGS. 13 and 14. Thereafter, a disc is rotatably or rotatably mounted on the upper end of a crank 34, the other lower arm 35 is rotatably supported in bearings 36. The lower free end of the crank arm 35 is cut obliquely as shown at 37. A stationary pin 38 has a corresponding slope, so that the position shown in FIG. 13 is assumed in the rest position of the deflection roller according to FIGS. 13 and 14. If a ball hits the disc in the direction of arrow 39, the crank pivots in the direction of arrow 40 (FIG. 14), but still poses sufficient resistance to pivot to effect the desired deflection and deflection of the ball. After the impact, the crank automatically returns to the rest position shown in FIG. 13.

If a ball is brought into motion in the throw-in area 26, it can take, for example, the path 41 shown in broken lines. The extent of the deflection at the rebound device 18 depends on the kinetic energy of the ball, the ball material and the tension of the belt 19. It is understood that instead of the return paths 14, 15 only a raised edge can be provided, which in turn can cause a rebound effect .

From Fig. 2 it can be seen that the field plate 31 can be replaced by another plate of the same size. FIG. 2 also shows the holding bar 23 for the rebound device 18 (FIG. 1) with three fastening points 42. Finally, FIG. 2 shows marks 43 on the playing board 10, which facilitate playing with the balls.

Fig. 3 shows a slightly modified embodiment compared to Figures 1 and 2. Only the most important structural details are shown schematically. A game board 50 again has a rebound device 51 at the rear end, a throw-in area 52 as well as a throw-in slope 53 and a game board 54, which in turn can be replaced. The difference from the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2 is that between the field plate 54 and the throw-in area 52 a further ricochet device 55 is arranged so that a ball thrown in at 52 can take the course shown in broken lines 56.

An exemplary rebound device is shown in FIGS. 4 to 7. It has a bar 60, on the back of which pins 61 protrude, which can cooperate with the corresponding openings 42 in the holding bar 23 (FIG. 2). On the left side, a strap or rope 63 is attached by means of a hook 62, which is fastened at the other end by means of a hook 64, which in turn is attached by means of a spring 65 is resiliently suspended at 66. In the area of the hook 62, a piece of pipe 67 is fixedly attached to the beam 60. An eccentric roller 68 is mounted in the area of the hook 64, the details of which are shown in FIG. 6. The bar 60 shaped as an angle iron can be seen in section. The eccentric roller 68 is seated on a bearing pin 69 which is rotatably received by two axially spaced bearing eyes 70, 71 which are attached to the beam 60. At the upper end, the bearing pin 69 is connected to a lever 72.

Das Band kann seinerseits elastisch sein oder alternativ auch unelastisch, so daß im letzteren Fall die Elastizität des Bandes 63 mit Hilfe der Feder 65 erreicht wird.7 and 8 show two different positions of the eccentric roller 68, which has a corresponding influence on the tension of the belt 63. The band can in turn be elastic or alternatively also inelastic, so that in the latter case the elasticity of the band 63 is achieved with the aid of the spring 65.

Fig. 10 shows an elastic or non-elastic band 80 similar to that of Figures 4 to 8. It is crucial that the flat band 80 is inclined to the vertical and the point of impact of a ball 81 is above the radius of the ball 81. With the help of a belt 80 arranged in this way, the ball does not jump or bounce in the event of a rebound and a particularly favorable deflection is achieved with the lowest possible energy losses. The angle 82 that a normal on the belt can make with respect to the horizontal can be made adjustable, as can the height of the belt 80 as a whole.

Die Bänder 83 bis 85 ermöglichen eine Anpassung an unterschiedliche Durchmesser von Kugeln 81.In FIG. 9, instead of a single band, three elastic or non-elastic bands 83, 84 and 85 which are circular in cross section are provided, which are arranged in an inclined plane similar to the inclination of the band 80 according to FIG. 10. The belts 83 to 85 allow adaptation to different diameters of balls 81.

Another embodiment of a rebound device is shown in FIGS. 20 to 25. An endless belt 100 is wrapped around a bracket 101 at one end and around a pin 102 at the other end. The bracket 101 is fixed in place, while the pin 102 is fixed by means of a screw bolt 103 to a stationary holding part 104, so that the position of the pin 102 and thus the tension of the endless belt 100 can be changed with the aid of a nut 105.

On the back of the endless belt 100, brackets 106, 107 lie close to the fastening points, one of which, namely 107, is shown in FIG. 21. It has two legs 108, 109, which are formed with a thread and are screwed to a plate 110. The different lengths of the legs 108 and 109 result in an inclined web 111, which accordingly adjusts the endless belt 100 into an inclined position, the angle 112 to the playing surface being adjustable. The gap between the two sections of the endless belt 100, shown at 113, indicates that a greater tension is exerted on the endless belt in the upper region than in the lower region. With the aid of such an arrangement, a particularly effective deflection of an impacting ball can be achieved with minimal energy losses.

119a schwenkbar gelagert. If a ball hits the endless belt 100 approximately in the middle, it is deflected more than at the edge, as is illustrated with reference to FIG. 22. The different impact effect is at least partially compensated for by a further constructive measure, in which elongated spring elements 115, 116 are attached to the rear of the belt 100 approximately in the middle or rest against it, as shown at 117, in a partially mutually superior position . The slightly backward-bent strip-shaped spring elements 115, 116 are articulated in the end region of the endless belt 100 with an arm 118 or 119 which extends obliquely forwards and which is connected to the facing rear side of the front section of the endless belt 100 or bears against it. The two-armed lever formed in this way is pivotally mounted at 118a and 119a.

If a ball runs in the middle onto the belt 100 in the direction of the arrow 120, the belt is pushed through in the direction of the arrow 121. At this moment, arms 118, 119 rotate in the direction of arrows 122 and 123, respectively, and belt 100 is pressed in the direction of arrows 124 and 125, respectively. The belt 100 thus automatically tightens even more due to the impact of the ball. It is understood that the elements 115 and 116 can also be stiff or rigid in order to bring about the effect described.

Die Platte 126 muß jedoch im Abstand zu den rückwärtigen Abstützpunkten 106 und 107 ender, wie durch den Abstand 127 angedeutet.25 shows an alternative embodiment in that a fixed plate 126, for example made of hardwood, is attached to the front of the belt 100. However, the plate 126 must end at a distance from the rear support points 106 and 107, as indicated by the distance 127.

Jedem Loch 131 ist ein bestimmter Wert zugeordnet.FIGS. 11 and 12 as well as 15 to 19 show different possibilities for the design of playing fields, the supports of which are each a playing field plate 130 of the same size, as is shown for example in FIGS. 1 and 2. 11, the playing field plate 130 has an arrangement of holes 131 for a so-called hole value game. A certain value is assigned to each hole 131.

In the embodiment according to FIG. 12, a horseshoe-shaped element 132 is arranged pivotably around a hole 133. Such a configuration corresponds to part of a miniature golf course, and in this game it is required to hit the ball in hole 133 in a throw.

In the embodiment according to FIGS. 15 and 16, a running rail 134 is clamped centrally in a frame which is formed by two parallel, spaced-apart struts 135, 136 and supporting rods 137, 138 connecting them. The The frame is stretched a distance above the field plate 130, and the support rods or rods 137, 138 are attached to one side of the field plate 130 with bent-down end sections. The running rail has a running surface for a roller 140 of a carriage 141 on the upper side. A number scale 142 is applied to both sides of the running rail 134. The carriage 141 has a push element 143 which is arranged somewhat above the playing field plate 130 and is curved in an arc shape at the front. A recess 144 with a semicircular cross section is provided in the center of the front side, which should be hit with the ball if possible, otherwise the ball rolls on the curved front side. The push element 141 is suspended from an L-shaped arm 145 which extends upwards through a continuous longitudinal gap 146 in the running rail 134 and is fastened there between the ends of a lever 147, at one end of which the roller 140 is rotatably mounted. The free end of the lever rests on the running surface 139 due to the weight of the carriage 141. There is also a pointer 148 on the lever 147, which indicates the position of the carriage 141 with respect to the scale 142. Furthermore, a roller 149 is rotatably mounted on the L-shaped arm 145 and is normally disengaged from the underside of the running rail 134 in the position shown.

The position of the carriage 141 shown in FIG. 15 is shown schematically in a side view in FIG. 16. It can be seen that the lever 147 rests at 150 on the top of the running rail 134 and thus brings about a braking effect. If, however, a ball hits in the direction of arrow 151 against the pushing element 143, the arm 145 is pivoted clockwise and causes the lever 147 to be raised so that the roller 149 lies against the underside of the running rail 134, while the roller 140 on the upper running surface 139 is still pending. As a result, the carriage 141 moves along the track 134 by a certain amount, the path depending on the impact energy of the ball.

It goes without saying that, in the embodiment according to FIGS. 15 and 16, a plurality of running rails 134 with corresponding carriages 141 can be arranged side by side.

In the embodiment according to FIG. 17, support arms 152, which are spaced apart in parallel, are arranged at a distance above the playing field plate 130, similar to the support arms 137, 138. Cones 154 are pivotably suspended by means of parallel struts 153 spanned between the support arms 152. The special suspension of the cones 154 is evident from the two separate representations below. The pivot axis 155 lies below the center of gravity of the cone 154 and is offset somewhat from the longitudinal center axis in such a way that the cone 154 comes to lie in the upright position against a flap n pivotably mounted about a pivot axis. If a ball 157, which moves in the direction of the arrow, hits against the lower region of the flap n, it is pivoted counterclockwise about the pivot axis 156 and the cone 154 falls against the flap n from above. Because the center of gravity of the cone 154 is above the pivot axis 155 lies, the cone 154 remains in the tilted position until it is raised again.

The interaction of flaps n, c, d and e for all cones 154 results from the above illustration. For the cones 154 arranged in a triangle, these flaps are dimensioned in width and related to one another in such a way that a ball arrives in the middle 157 clears all cones because they all flaps nc d and e touches and pivots all the cones 154 and thus also the cones 154. After the flaps have been pivoted away, the path is clear for the ball 157 and also for the subsequent ball, if not all cones have been cleared.

159 fallen soll. The playing field plate 130 according to FIG. 18 has two mutually offset goal defenders 158, 159 in the form of rectangular depressions. Semicircular rings 160, 161 are arranged in front of the gate fields 158, 159 and are beveled on the side facing away from the gate fields. The ball arriving from the rebound surface, not shown, must first overcome the rings 160 and 161 if it is to fall into the fields 158 and 159, respectively.

In der Mitte der Platte 130 ist eine Vertiefung 163 vorgesehen.19 is divided into four equilateral triangles, each of which contains parallel fillets 162 which run parallel to the associated side edge of the plate 130. Associated fillets 162 each span squares. A recess 163 is provided in the middle of the plate 130.
