Description

The invention relates to a container designed as a folding box, provided with a carrying device, for bottles arranged side by side in pairs in two rows, which is formed from a one-piece folding box blank with wall parts connected along folding lines. The object on which the invention is based is to create, with as little effort as possible, a folding box carrier for this type of bottle, preferably for six bottles, which has an opening for carrying that is accessible from above and is made of several layers of cardboard. The accessibility from the front side and the avoidance of a protrusion of the carrying device to the outside are therefore important so that the carrying container containing the bottle can be easily palletized and stacked together with other similar containers, and thus, for example, a container in a standing or lying position is easy can be removed with one hand from a shelf or from a mesh box. According to the invention, the above-mentioned object is achieved in that the front-side cover wall of the folding box carrier is composed of a wall part which serves to form a carrying opening and is provided with punched openings, of which the upper and middle layers of two, in the final state of the folding box, essentially overlap Longitudinal folding walls and the lower one are formed by two transverse folding walls which complement each other and that the pre-punched, twice grooved flap is cut in the upper longitudinal folding wall in such a spatial arrangement in the folding box that in the final state of the folding box they are so congruent Punch openings in the middle and lower layers fold that an opening for carrying is formed, which consists of the three layers of the top wall parts and the folded flap. In a folding box carrying carton filled with six bottles, this flap is held by the middle bottle so that the wall parts forming the lid cannot open automatically.

According to the innovation, one possibility for an advantageous further embodiment is that the two form the lower layer of the top wall of the folding box Ouerklappwand are provided with the pre-punched openings on their front edges with interlocking projections and recesses in the final state of the folding box. This increases the strength and stability of the folding box in the area of the top wall.

Another possibility for the advantageous design of the new folding box carrying container is to close it with an end-side adhesive closure, which only covers part of the edges of the outer, upper lid wall, so that guide slots suitable for the easy opening of the adhesive closure are introduced for the introduction of a knife blade remain free in the edges.

In Fig. 1 16 is the upper lid wall of the finished folding box, in the middle of which is the flap 11 folded inwards to form a carrying opening. 12 is a longitudinal wall and 13 is a transverse wall of the folding box. 33, 34 is the adhesive closure consisting of two superimposed adhesive strips and 32 the slot for the insertion of the knife blade.

The top wall is composed of the longitudinal walls 16, 17 and the outer walls 18, 19. These are folded over one another in the order indicated in FIG. 2 with the numbers 1 and 1 ', 2 and 3 when closing the folding box. This creates the top wall. The longitudinal folding wall 16 contains, as can be seen from FIGS. 2 and 3, a pre-punched, double-grooved flap 11 in such a spatial arrangement that the flap 11 is in the final state of the folding box in the longitudinal and transverse folding walls 17, 18 and 19 superimposed, congruent punch openings folds. The longitudinal folding walls 16, 17 are dimensioned such that they essentially completely coincide in the finished cover wall. The outer folding walls 18, 19, on the other hand, are dimensioned such that they complement one another in the final state of the folding box without mutual covering or overlapping. Projections 24 or grooves 25, which come into engagement with one another when the transverse folding walls are folded in, can be provided on their front edges. The folding box blank shown in FIG. 3 also contains longitudinal and transverse folding walls 27, 28, 29 and 30 used to form the folding box bottom. In addition, a connecting flap 31 is also shown, which in the final state of the folding box is fastened to the adjacent wall 13 by hot glue or staples. Corrugated cardboard or solid cardboard can be used as the material for the production of the folding box carrying containers.

In Fig. 5 wird gezeigt, wie die Deckelwandteile 16, 17, 18 und 19 nach dem Einfalten der Klappe 11 durch die mittlere Flasche in der vorderen Reihe zusammengehalten werden.5 shows how the lid wall parts 16, 17, 18 and 19 are held together in the front row by the middle bottle after the flap 11 has been folded in.

Dieser etwa T-förmige Streifen verbindet die Deckelwand 16 mit den Seitenwänden 15, 12,13.FIG. 6 shows a one-piece adhesive strip 35 designed as a label for closing the folding box carrying container on the front side. This approximately T-shaped strip connects the cover wall 16 to the side walls 15, 12, 13.
