Procédé de mise en oeuvre du dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, pour transférer dans une gaine étanche des produits nocifs contenus dans une cellule, au travers d'un sas solidaire de la cloison de la cellule, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes successives suivantes : - on retire vers l'intérieur de la cellule l'ensemble formé par l'assemblage étanche des parties supérieures d'un premier manchon (1) et d'un premier bouchon (8) obturant le sas (12) et on introduit simultanément l'extrémité d'un second manchon opposé à la gaine, ledit manchon étant obturé par un second bouchon (8) et étant solidaire d'une gaine (2), jusqu'à ce que le bandeau (6) se trouve à l'intérieur du sas (12), où il est maintenu par un moyen d'encliquetage (14), - on achève de retirer l'ensemble obturant le sas (12) et on l'écarte latéralement afin de dégager l'orifice de ce dernier, débouchant dans la cellule, - on retire le second bouchon (8) du second manchon (1) vers l'intérieur de la cellule et on l'écarte latéralement de façon à dégager l'orifice du sas (12) débouchant dans la cellule, - on introduit dans la gaine (2) solidaire du second manchon (1) les produits nocifs à transférer contenus dans la cellule, - on obture le second manchon (1) au moyen du second bouchon (8), en amenant la saignée interne (9) de ce dernier dans le même plan radial que la saignée externe (7) du second manchon (1), - on solidarise de façon étanche le second bouchon (8) du second manchon (1), - on tronçonne l'ensemble constitué par le second manchon (1) et par le second bouchon (8) selon un plan radial passant par les saignées (7, 9). 7.
