Description

The invention relates to the like between posts on streets, squares or the like. Noise protection elements that can be assembled into a noise protection wall, in which at least one soundproofing plate is arranged in a shell at a distance from the rear wall of the shell and is covered by a sound-permeable cover lying on a support surface against the sound source and the cover with a bent edge into one towards the edge of the Shell engages parallel groove and is held by a terminal strip with a leg extending over the edge of the cover. In the case of a noise protection element of this type known from DE-A 24 51 520, the cover is firmly clamped in, it warps when the lower contact surface is already relatively uneven, and wave formation often occurs at higher outside temperatures.

The invention has for its object to provide a noise protection element that is particularly easy to assemble and in which there is no distortion of the cover even with dimensional deviations of the mounting surfaces or in the presence of excessive heat.

To achieve this object, the invention provides that a second groove opened in the same direction is provided parallel to the first groove, the terminal block being clamped in the second groove and the bent edge of the cover being accommodated with play in the adjacent groove and the cover is held resiliently but slidably between the leg of the terminal strip and the parallel support surfaces. Due to the resilient or floating holder, the cover can evade in the event of thermal expansion or inaccuracies in assembly, so that no deformation and associated wave formation occurs, which would be easily visible on large areas. The assembly of the individual parts to form a noise protection element is extremely simple; one obtains a secure strength despite subsequent good interchangeability.

In a particularly advantageous manner, according to the invention, the grooves and the bearing surface can be provided in a profiled strip which is clamped onto the edge of the shell with a further groove. The individual parts can be securely fixed in spite of the floating arrangement in that the side walls of the grooves for the clamping onto the shell edge or the clamping of the terminal strip have toothing and the groove for holding the cover is provided with an extension into which the edge of the Cover can sit with a bend.

A high degree of stability is obtained if the profile strip is made of metal, preferably of extruded aluminum. The terminal strip can be designed as a T-shaped, extruded plastic profile, so it can be inserted particularly easily and quickly into the profile strip and there finds a good hold on the one hand and, on the other hand, can be easily removed again with appropriate elasticity for replacing damaged parts.

It has proven to be useful if one leg of the terminal strip is extended so that it protrudes beyond the groove for receiving the bent edge of the cover. In the case of a particularly favorable design, the outer surface of the cover is set back from the outer surface of the profile strip. One leg of the terminal block is then inclined, it has an edge bead to rest on the cover.

  • Fig. 1 einen Teillängsschnitt durch ein Lärmschutzelement,
Embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawing and are described in more detail below. Show it:
  • 1 shows a partial longitudinal section through a noise protection element,
  • Fig. 2 shows a section through a profile strip with a cover held by a terminal strip in a slightly different version.

The noise protection element consists of a U-shaped shell 1 made of glass fiber reinforced polyester, on the edge 2 of which a profile strip 3 is placed by means of a groove 4. At a distance from the rear wall 5, soundproofing panels 8 made of silane are placed next to one another in the shell 1. They are held by a leg 6 and a bend 7 of the profile strip 3 and shielded from the outside by a cover 9. The cover 9 is accommodated with play with an angled portion 11 of its edge 10 in a groove 12 'of the profiled strip 3 and can be displaced on an angled portion 3' of the profiled rail 3 by a clamp strip 13 inserted into a groove 12 through a leg 13 'of the clamp strip 13 a support surface 3 ". The angled portion 11 hooks into an extension 14 'of the groove 12', so that the cover 9 does not have to be specially held before the terminal strip 13 is installed.

The pretension of the leg 13 'for clamping the cover 9 is selected so that the edge 10 can be moved without substantial deformation of the cover 9. In the event of thermal expansion or assembly inaccuracies, the edge 10 in the groove 12 'can yield so that the cover 9 does not form any folds or waves.

In the grooves 4 and 12 of the profile strip 3 sawtooth-like teeth 15 and 16 are provided, so that there is a good locking. In addition, the leg 17 of the terminal block 13 projecting into the groove 12 can be provided on both sides with a corresponding toothing 18.

In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, the outer surface 19 of the cover 9 is opposite the outer surface 20 of the profile strip 3 is reset and the one leg 13 'of the clamping strip 13 is inclined and provided at its end with an edge bead 21 so that a favorable elastic behavior is achieved.
