Claims (4)

1. Dispositif de régulation pur installations de chauffage ou de réfrigération comportant un générateur de chaleur ou de froid avec un régulateur de circuit de chauffage ou de froid, se composant d'un appareil de réglage (2), d'au moins un indicateur de température (1), pare exemple, une sonde extérieure, d'au moins un contrôleur de consommation d'énergie (4), par exemple, un thermostat ou un interrupteur terminal à soupape, caractérisé en ce que, après dépassement d'une température de référence, prise par l'indicateur de température (1) et réglée à l'appareil de réglage (2), le générateur de chaleur ou de froid respectivement (3) est arrêté pendant un temps d'arrêt réglé à l'appareil de réglage (2) et ce, indépendamment de la régulation du circuit de chauffage ou de froid respectivement, et qu'après écoulement dudit temps d'arrêt et remise en fonctionnement du contrôleur de consommation d'énergie (4) durant ledit temps d'arrêt, le générateur de chaleur ou de froid respectivement (3) est libéré pour une période de fonctionnement également réglée à l'appareil de réglage (2).
2. Dispositif de régulation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le temps d'arrêt reglé à 1.'appareil de réglage (2) se prolonge d'une période si le contrôleur de consommation d'énergie (4) ne reprend pas son fonctionnement durant le temps d'arrêt précédent.
3. Dispositif de régulation selon les revendications 1 et/ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le temps de fonctionnement réglé à l'appareil de réglage (2) se prolonge d'une période si le contrôleur de consommation d'énergie (4) n'arrête pas son fonctionnement durant le temps de fonctionnement précédent.
4. Dispositif de régulation selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, si la température de référence, prise par l'indicateur de température (1) et réglée à l'appareil de réglage (2), n'est pas atteinte, le générateur de chaleur ou de froid respectivement (3) n'est en fonctionnement que lorsque le contrôleur de consommation d'énergie (4) se met à fonctionner.
