Claims (11)

1. 6-acylamino-tétrahydro-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-dione de formule:

dans laquelle R1 est un radical phényle ou phényl-(àlkyle en C1 à C4), portant éventuellement un ou deux substituants choisis indépendamment entre des substituants halogéno, trifluorométhyle, alkyle en C1 à C4, alkoxy en C1 à C4, méthylènedioxy, alcanoyloxy en C2 à C5, nitro, acétyle, cyano, phényle, halogénophényle, carboxy, (alkoxy en C1 à C4)-carbonyle, alcényloxy en C3 à C6, dialkylamino en C2 à C8 et alkylthio en C1 à C4, un radical phényle portant trois, quatre ou cinq substituants fluoro, ou un radical naphtyle, hétéroaromatique monocyclique ou bicyclique, ou (hétéro-aromatique monocyclique ou bicyclique)-alkyle en C1 à C4 portant éventuellement un substituant choisi entre des substituants halogéno, alkyle en C1 à C4 et alkoxy en C1 à C4; et R2 est un radical alkyle en C3 à C8 ou un radical alkyle en C1 à C4 portant un ou deux substituants alkoxy en C1 à C4 ou portant un substituant 1,3-dioxalanyle, tétrahydrofuryle ou tétrahydropyrannyle, ou est un radical cycloalkyle en C3 à C8, (cycloalkyle en C3 à C8)-alkyle en C1 à C4, alcényle en C3 à C6, ou est un radical phényl-(alkyle en C1 à C4) ou phényle portant éventuellement un substituant choisi entre des substituants halogéno, trifluorométhyle, alkyle en C1 à C4 et alkoxy en C1 à G4; et R3 est un radical alkyle en C1 à C4; ou un sel d'addition de base pharmaceutiquement acceptable de ce composé; ou bien lorsque R1 est un radical portant un substituant dialkylamino en C2 à C8, un sel d'addition d'acide pharmaceutiquement acceptable de ce composé.

Composé de formule I suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquel R1 est un radical phényle, 2-chlorophényle, 4-chlorophényle, 4-fluorophényle, 2,4-difluorophényle, 2,3,4,5,6-pentafluorophényle 3-trifluorométhylphényle, 2-méthylphényle, 3-méthylphényle, 4-méthylphényle, 4-éthylphényle, 2,6-diméthylphényle, 2-méthoxyphényle, 3-méthoxyphényle, 4-méthoxyphényle, 4-éthoxyphényle, 3,4-méthylènedioxyphényle, 4-acétoxyphényle, 4-nitrophényle, 4-cyanophényle, 4-(4-chlorophényl)-phényle, 4-carboxyphényle, 4-(éthoxycarbonyl)-phényle, 4-allyloxyphényle, 4-diméthylaminophényle, 4-méthylthiophényle, benzyle, 1-(phényl)-éthyle, 4-méthoxybenzyle, napht-2-yie, fur-2-yle, thién-2-yle thién-3-yle, 2-chloropyrid-3-yle, quinol-6-yle, (thién-2-yl)-méthyle, (fur-2-yl)-méthyle ou benzthién-2- yle.
4. Composé de formule I suivant l'une quelconque des revendiations précédentes, dans lequel R1 est un radical phényle portant éventuellement un substituant choisi entre des substituants halogéno, alkyle en CI à C4, alkoxy en C1 à C4 et trifluorométhyle, ou est un radical thién-2-yie.
5. Composé suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel R2 est un radical isopropyle, isobutyle, sec.-butyle, pent-3-yle et R3 est un radical méthyle.
6. Composé de formule 1 suivant la revendication 1, choisi entre la 3-(thién-2-yl)-6-[(N-acétyl)-pent-3-yl-amino]-tétrahydro-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-dione, la 3-(thién-2-yl)-6-[(N-acétyl)-isobutylamino]-tétrahydro-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-dione, la 3-(4-méthylphényl)-6-[(N-acétyl)-isobutylamino]-tétrahydro-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-dione, la 3-(4-méthoxyphényl)-6-[(N-acétyl)-isobutylamino]-tétrahydro-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-dione et leurs sels d'addition de bases pharmaceutiquement acceptables.
7. Un sel d'addition de base d'un composé de formule I suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, qui est un sel de métal alcalin, de métal alcalino-terreux ou d'aluminium, un sel de cuivre ou un complexe formé avec lui, ou un sel d'une base organique fournissant un cation pharmaceutiquement acceptable.
8. Procédé de production d'un composé de formule I ou d'un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de ce composé comme défini dans l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et dans lequel RI, R2 et R3 ont les valeurs indiquées dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'un composé de formule:

est transposé puis, lorsqu'un sel d'addition de base pharmaceutiquement acceptable est désiré, un composé de formule 1 est amené à réagir avec une base convenable fournissant un cation pharmaceutiquement acceptable d'une manière classique; et lorsqu'un sel d'addition d'acide pharmaceutiquement acceptable d'un composé de formule I dans laquelle R1 porte un substituant dialkylamino en C2 à C8 est désiré, un composé de ce type est amené à réagir avec un acide donnant un anion pharmaceutiquement acceptable d'une manière classique.
9. Composition pharmaceutique qui comprend un composé de formule I ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de ce composé comme défini dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, en association avec un diluant ou support pharmaceutiquement acceptable.
10. Procédé de production d'un composé de formule I, ou d'un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de ce composé comme défini dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, et dans lequel RI, R2 et R3 ont les valeurs indiquées dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, à condition que R1 ne porte pas un substituant carboxy, caractérisé en ce qu'un composé de formule:

dans laquelle Q a la même valeur que R1 autre qu'un radical carboxyphényle ou (carboxyphényl)-alkyle en C1 à C4, est amené à réagir avec un agent acylant dérivé d'un acide de formule R3CO2H; puis, lorsqu'un sel d'addition de base pharmaceutiquement acceptable est désiré, un composé de formule I est amené à réagir avec une base convenable fournissant un cation pharmaceutiquement acceptable d'une manière classique; et lorsqu'un sel d'addition d'acide pharmaceutiquement acceptable du composé de formule I dans laquelle R1 porte un substituant dialkylamino en C2 à C8 est désiré, un tel composé est amené à réagir avec une acide fournissant un anion pharmaceutiquement acceptable d'une manière classique.
11. Procédé de production d'un composé de formule I ou d'un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de ce composé comme défini dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 et dans lequel RI, R2 et R3 ont les valeurs indiquées dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, à condition que R1 porte un substituant carboxy; caractérisé en ce qu'un anhydride de formule:

dans laquelle A est un radical alkylène en C, à C4 ou une liaison directe, est hydrolysé; puis, lorsqu'un sel d'addition de base pharmaceutiquement acceptable est désiré, un composé de formule I est amené à réagir avec une base convenable fournissant un cation pharmaceutiquement acceptable d'une manière classique; et lorsqu'un sel d'addition d'acide pharmaceutiquement acceptable d'un composé de formule I dans laquelle R1 porte un substituant dialkylamino en C2 à C8 est désiré, un composé de ce type est amené à réagir avec un acide fournissant un anion pharmaceutiquement acceptable, d'une manière classique.
